Just moved into the area and had some immediate plumbing repairs to be done. I called a few places and got only answering machines, no callbacks. Then I dialed Northeast and not only spoke with a very pleasant and live representative, but I also was able to schedule an appointment right away. The two workmen who showed up did excellent work and were very personable, and the repairs (new pipes plus a clogged pipe) were done in a day. A week or so later, we discovered another problem, this time having to do with our washer installation and the gas line for a dryer. Again I was able to schedule a prompt appointment and the service was excellent. Totally worth it!
Am planning to try them out for a little electrical work in the near future. So glad to have found a service we can rely on!

Carl identified our problem and provided multiple options for resolving. He answered all my questions and laid everything out clearly so I could decide how to move forward. Once we had a plan of attack the work was done immediately. This was all done with a few hours of my initial call.

My husband and I originally had scheduled an individual from Mr. Rooter to come to our old house on a Thursday between 6pm and 7:45pm. Mr. Rooter then called and pushed back the time and date to the next day between 8am-10am. We currently do not reside at this property. It is in the process of being sold and come Monday the new owners would be taking possession. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, we needed Mr. Rooter to come resolve an issue before the new owners took possession. This means that the property does not have wifi.. no furniture.. so my husband and I could not work remotely while we waited. My husband and I took time out of our busy work schedule to wait at our old property... by 12pm.. still no sign of Mr. Rooter. My husband had a deadline for work so we had to cancel Mr. Rooter and get back to our jobs. 4 hours wasted!

I called several companies to do the repairs needed and Plunger Plumber is the only company that took the time out to explain to me so I can understand what exactly had happened to the plumbing vent in my house. When Aris arrived he was very professional and well spoken and honest. Although I needed more repairs than what he could actually see at the time, Aris and Nicholas came the next day prepared and did exceptional work. They cleaned the area afterwards and went over everything he had done. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!
