Best Storm Drain Repair in Cleveland OH

My sump pump went out and Hjacks was at my house in a half our. Got it fixed quickly and with great customer service. I was very happy with my Hjacks experience!

we called the emergency line last night . And the person on call was in my condo within half an hour to assist and fixe the problem. Dustin Hingley was on time, and very informative and solve the problem.

On Sunday, July 5th my air conditioning unit stopped working - our first call was to H Jack’s and to our surprise they had a tech out to our home within the hour, on a Sunday. The tech was very professional, explained to us what was wrong, and then fixed it. We will be using H Jack’s for our plumbing, heating and cooling requests moving forward.

The second star is only for the sake of the very empathetic administrative ladies who tried to communicate on our behalf and help us. Do not do business with this company. They are unprofessional, over priced, inflexible and understaffed.
After sending a plumber to assess the problem (corroded lead sewer stack pipe) and recommendation of replacement with a crew of 2 guys, 2 full days on December 2nd, we were notified yesterday December 20th that they were going to have 1 guy cut out and replace 2 pieces. He cut two sections of pipe then left. After 18 days stuck at a hotel with excuses like 'ordering parts, no authorization and understaffed' our ceilings floors and walls ripped open to allow access for the replacement, we were told we were confused and the 102 year old corroded lead pipe doesn't need replaced. The manager and owner both called and dug deeper holes of unprofessionalism and excuses. Clients beware, don't trust this company with your home.

They found the leak, repaired it, were very clean and pleasant to work with.
