I can't say enough good things about the entire Killeen team. From the office staff to the plumbers who came to our home, everyone was very kind, they went out of their way to be helpful, and they were excellent communicators. We had a terrible experience with a different plumbing company before calling Killeen, and Killeen came in to fix some things that had gone wrong. Tom ran into a few things he'd not seen before, but that didn't stop him from figuring out exactly what needed to be done and making it work. Despite the fact that they needed several new parts to make things work again, the whole job was done in just a few hours over the course of one week. Prices were fair, and the work was of the best quality. Tom clearly knew what he was doing and he did a great job getting things sorted for us. I will call them back any time I have a plumbing issue from now on!
