Kevin and another technician (I forget his name!) arrived early and were very friendly and professional - thoroughly explained the work they were going to do. They installed a mixer valve and shower head as well as new shut off valves for a shower and capped an unused gas line. They were conscious of how long the water would be off and how it would effect the household so they kept it to a very short time. Overall very happy with this service!

I was very impressed with the knowledge and work that both Derek and Dustin provided. I would not hesitate in recommending their services to family and friends.

Nathan came in and fixed our issue quickly. He was professional and when asked, gave us very good recommendations on replacing the unit which we will be doing early next year and will be contacting ARS (Nathan) to do the job. We have had other plumbers in the past but ARS (Nathan) is the best. Thanks.

The technician was amazingly professional and got the job completed. However, the dispatching of the technician was less than optimal. The arrival was 3 hours after the latest window of arrival. Call about being late came 30 minutes after latest window of arrival. No call back was given though promised and I had to call the company directly to get them to actually dispatch personnel. Technician was somewhat rude when told my window for service was quickly closing due to another appointment. having waited 5 plus hours for service, was extremely pleased with the professionalism, competence and honesty of the plumber.

My plumbing fixtures are 20 years old and Mike R. was able to locate the parts to fix them, even though they were discontinued by the manufacturer. What an amazing business! They were so extremely polite, professional, and quick with the massive amount of work they did. The job took 2 days. I would highly recommend to anyone on a budget, nervous to have strangers in your home, if you have animals, or small children, large or small jobs. They honestly can do them all. Very impressed
