Friendly when I called to make the appointment, and friendly when they came to look at the leak. The leak was determined to be the faucets. I was asked to go get a faucet and I did. I called the plumber back to say I bought it. He said he would call me right back when scheduling gives a time slot. It's been 2 hours so I texted the plumber just now. He texted me back saying I told him to come back some other time. I already missed a full days work, I would never miss a second day. I called the company to explain the problem, and I was told it was a misunderstanding,and then the guy at the company kept cutting me off and talking over me. I said there is no misunderstanding if the plumber lies and he says I told him to come back another day. I know people have a bad day and they take it out on others, but seriously that was uncalled for. I hope they don't take out there frustrations on anyone else. We all have it rough in life.

Had to have my Well Pressure tank replaced back in late Fall. Al came out and did a great job, quick response, and made the connections even better than original. He left me with a quote to replace my 24 year old Well Pump. Of course my Well Pump failed 4 mos later, beyond the 90-day protected quote, but they still honored the quote and completed the work the very next day after I called for help. While there Mike noticed an issue with my 4 year old Water Heater and made all the arrangements to handle the repairs, replacing the defective gas valve that was still under warranty. I can’t say enough good things about The Plumbing Source and their technicians!!!

Killeen plumbing is a amazing company with fair prices and they are the only plumbing company I trust. Andy their plumber is a super nice and detailed guy. He does great work and makes sure his work is right the first time. Andy is always willing to do additional tasks beyond the oringal quoted job. A++++++

This was my first time with this company, and I was referred by home advisor. I'm renovating two bathrooms. Chris was on time, carried out his work in a timely manner, and cleaned up at the end of each day. He is very detailed, meticulous, and does an excellent job. I would not hesitate to rehire him. He completed everything I checked above, and installed a tub. He is an excellent plumber

Excellent plumber. On time and very professional. Worked 6+ hours to clear a clogged sewer main. I know for a fact others would have spent less than a third of that time and give up on order to excavate and replace. Also took the time to clear the entire line from street to home after clearing the clog. Alert Pioneer was honest and hard working well worth every penny. Highly recommend. Where do I begin? Aaron and Brigham were a referral from my original contractor on my second house. He came and did an amazing job of getting a bathroom into my basement where there wasnt one before. After that, he saved my butt at my business, where we had an emergency leak and he rushed out and fixed it in like an hour or two. He also set up our non-functional heater that had been broke for 3-4 years in about 10 minutes. Then, at my third house he planned and plotted city water, and installed a 3 stage filtration system and water softener for an amazing value. This is probably the only plumbing company in existence with 100% positive reviews. Aaron, thank you for all that you have done, and anyone looking at this just call him. There is no price on amazing, skilled, reliable service and aaron is beyond fair!
