The amount of great service we received from Plumbing 911 was amazing!! We had issues with another plumbing service they kept cancelling and not showing up. I called plumbing 911 explained our situation and with the crazy schedule she was able to get us in very quick! Our plumber Adam was communicative, friendly and very informative! He also went above and beyond and helped us hook our washer up!! As a new homeowner we will be using plumbing 911 in the future for any problems going forward. I would highly recommend this company!!! Also great price for everything we needed done!!

Sean was great! Twice in the last week I needed a plumber in a pinch and he was very responsive and willing to take on the work. And best of all he was great at it. He installed a shut off valve behind our fridge, replaced parts of our tub and fixed a defective toilet. I will not hesitate to call him should I need plumbing work in the future.

1st Choice was here today to fix a toilet drain problem I had. Dan the owner of the company was here this morning on time and wasted no time in getting started. He put down tarps to keep the area clean and was very organized. He replaced the drain pipe reset the toilet, tested for leaks and the job was completed for the agreed price given to me from the day before. Called them up to replace a leaking valve on my toilet and they were able to fit me in right away. They were very friendly and professional, and they even fixed a few of the issues that my last plumber left behind due to poor work and incorrect parts. I am the manager of the Gordon Square Special Improvement District in Cleveland. I contacted Fred Alert from the Alert Pioneer Plumbing Company to resolve a clogged drain issue which had been creating severe sidewalk flooding issues at a very busy intersection in the district. Fred was very responsive and extremely effective at resolving this issue in a timely manner. He also explained the nature of the problem and shared his digital imaging so that we could make longer term repairs if desired. We will be using Alert for all of our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them. Simply put, Alert is awesome.

As a working mother my time is limited. Punctuality and efficiency is a must. The pipe in the wall under the kitchen sink needed replaced. Other plumbers had came out prior to Matthew and made the job sound difficult and expensive, stating they would have to cut a hole in the wall within the adjacent room to access the pipe. Not only did Matthew not have to cut any holes in the walls, he had the job done within 15 minutes. I was able to get back to work earlier than anticipated and haven't had an issue with that pipe since. Very professional and takes in consideration his clients needs.
