Mike and his crew did a total replacement of our storm drain connection to the city storm drain system. Even though it was pouring rain, he continued on and completed the job in the time he said it would take. Very pleased with his work and the price was very reasonable.

I bought a new dishwasher from Home Depot and they were to install it upon delivery. They weren't able to do the installation because of the type of plumbing I have (Pex with compression fittings). Home Depot had two separate installation teams come out (there were supposed to be 3, but the 2nd team never showed, so a 3rd had to come!) They finally sent Northeast Plumbing & Mechanical to do the installation.
Kaley (I hope I spelled that right lol) contacted me to schedule and the soonest was a week out. I told her what had been going on, mind you original installation was to be Thursday and that team couldn't do it. It was then rescheduled for Saturday, that team never showed up! It was then scheduled for Monday, and to my extreme dismay, that team explained they aren't able to work on that type plumbing! Kaley was super sweet and understanding and assured if there were any cancelations etc she would contact me asap. I was so surprised when she called the following morning and said there was an opening Friday morning! She scheduled me in and assured me they would take care of me.
Tim (TT) was who showed up and he was amazing! He was very nice and so well prepared and organized. He did a wonderful job and was very thorough and I mean very thorough! He made some conversions to make things easier for me moving forward should anything happen. He even took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. I was extremely impressed with him and could not have asked for a better experience!
I can't thank you guys enough! You're awesome! Definitely my go to if ever needed and will come highly recommended!

Fast service reliable and reasonably priced

Very organized and responsive company. Office staff is great and love their use of technology for receipes, payments, etc. They showed up right on time for the appt and finished cleanly and quickly. I had them replace my sump pump which had failed sometime since it was installed in the 1980s!

They seem like a quality outfit, but the price they quoted me for a simple water heater job was $900 more than who I ended up going with. I arranged an appointment and they came out with the new unit, did a very basic inspection and then quoted the job. They will not quote over the phone. Their minimum install cost for a 40 gal power vent water heater was $2000, and total job price was $2800 (including expansion tank and extended 10 year warranty kit). They would not negotiate. I paid the $89 service call charge and said no thank you. I ended up using Kline and Kavali in Kent who did the same job for $1900 (with same expansion tank and 10 year warranty kit). I have no complaints on the service of Approved Plumbing, but their prices and the practice of only quoting on site when you're more likley to cough up the extra money to get the job done then and there is not for me.

Justin is a very professional and knowledgeable plumber. He fixed the mess another plumber had made in my house and suggested an update to improve the efficiency of my installation. He communicated with me effectively, he was punctual and he got the job done at an affordable price. I will call North Ohio Sewer & Drain for my plumbing needs if they keep sending Justin my way.

Jeff came within 2 hrs of call a few days after a major winter storm, so I knew was busy. He was prompt, quick, and explained everything he was doing, as well as giving options for what else he could do. Also gave some tips on other items that could be repaired without coming off at all as pushy.
