Best Install New Fixtures in Cleveland OH

Nick did an amazing job on installing our new tub and shower along with fixing some very old drain pipes in our very old home. He did a great job from demo and tear down to the installation. We could not be more happy with the final results. Thanks again!

Based on the online reviews I decided to call 1st Choice to see if someone could check our basement drain. We've had problems with it in the past and I decided I wanted to find someone local to fix it. When I explained the situation to Dan my expectation was that someone would come to the house, clean out the drain and I would write a check for $$$. I was amazed at Dan's response. Because I live in Parma, he suggested I call the Cuyahoga County Sanitary Engineer. They would come out and fix the problem at no charge. The work is covered by the taxes I pay. Reluctantly, I said I would call to see what they could do. What happened next is almost beyond belief! I called the county at 9:20am. The dispatcher told me she could have a crew out to the house by 4:00pm. They arrived at 10:00 and by 10:30 the drain was clean and my 'crises' was solved. The reason I will not hesitate to call Dan in the future for other plumbing problems is because of the honesty and integrity he demonstrated when he put the customer first. He could have easily set up an appointment and done the job but instead decided to let me know about the service I already pay for! Kudos to Dan. The service industry needs more people like him.

I had serious water damage in my basement and was referred to this company by a friend. Mike was able to come the same day to do an inspection and give me a report that was a critical need for my insurance company. He was fast, friendly and thorough and explained what to expect moving forward in the restoration process.I will call upon them again in a minute in if/when I need them in the future. Excellent company!

A+ service and work. Out bid the other estimates. Same day response, assessment, and estimate. Once accepted, started the next day and completed major excavation, repair of sewage and storm sewer lines in one and a half days. Best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. Chris is a good person to top it off.

Mayer Plumbing waterproofed part of an apartment building and were absolutely amazing. They were so mindful of our property and took extra care to not cause damage to our grass with their heavy equipment. Their employees expained what they were doing and were absolutely professional. This company goes out of its way to provide excellent service. I've posted positive reviews of Approved Plumbing in the past, but I wanted to report my most recent experience as well. I called at 3:30 p.m. on a Thursday because I had a leak in a bathroom faucet. Laura, the scheduler, was very polite and accommodating. She contacted her technicians and immediately found one who was able to handle this emergency job. Luke and his assistant arrived at my house shortly and completed the work in about an hour. They were professional and businesslike, yet kind and helpful in answering my questions. I highly recommend this company!

Terrible Company

Would recommend this company. Hired to remove a vanity and cap the pipes during a remodel of my laundry room. Crew was communicative and respectful and even provided some education on the process and things to consider during the remodel.

The work was well done, and I look forward to working with this company on future projects.

This company did some work on my house to repair a water leak coming from the bathroom and the leak came back within 2 days. After calling them to return to diagnose the problem and help me stop the leak, Jeff (The owner) has ignored my multiple calls / texts for the past 3 days which is very un-professional. Taking my business elsewhere and never using them again, beware of this company people!

I contacted Drain Be Clean Plumbing to assist with repiping our kitchen sink drain. We went from a double sink to a deeper single sink which caused the existing drain coming up from the basement to no longer line up properly. We were running short on time and I didn't want to be without a kitchen sink for too long until we had a free day to complete the work ourselves. John was polite, on time and completed the job the first thing the following day. He even finished installing our new garbage disposal. I highly recommend John as a plumber. It's hard to come by contractors these days that are respectful of their clients homes and John was the perfect match for this small job. We will definitely call Drain Be Clean for any future plumbing needs.
