Ron was absolutely amazing! The first time he came out (at 4 am no less!) he was professional and had a fantastic can-do attitude. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to quickly get my furnace running again until he could get the needed part. He ordered the part as promised and followed up promptly. My water shut off valve was soldered in the open position and needed to be replaced. I called Plumbing tech and Justin came out to replace the valve and my deck and garage valves for my faucets. Everything went perfect that day as when Justin arrived, the water dept came to shut off the water at the curb for Justin to complete the work. I want to thank Justin for his knowledge and a job well done!!!!

VIP Plumbing installed an on demand water heater for us. They explained the advantages and disadvantages of each brand. All of the staff was polite, friendly, and professional. The crew worked hard all day installing the unit. When they were finished, the work area was left clean.

This company tried to hustle me into fixing a simple bathroom sink leak for nearly $700! What a joke.

Take your business elsewhere! The service tech assured me they fixed the problem with my air conditioner, just to leave and charge me a boatload of money. Ten minutes after he left, the problem happened again and no one could get ahold of the tech. They dispatched the owner to have to come back to address the actual issue. Original tech was in a rush to get the job done. It was an dreadful experience. It was pulling teeth to get them to come to finish the job and charged me even more money! I don’t recommend this company. I should have listened to myself about using someone else.

Bob did work on main sewer line, he did a amazing job I recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Plugged up toilet and they charged me $190.00 to just snake it. The tech was only here for 7 minutes. I think the charge was very high. BE AWARE, The tech has to come from Cleveland. The intake assist told me she would have someone at my place within an hour. It took two and a half. The guy did good once he got here and when I asked why it took so long, he told me because he had to come all the way from Strongsville.
