Brian did a great job of unclogging our bathroom sink drain, and replaced our pop up drain with a new Kohler pressure activated popup that works great. Very pleased with the entire experience.

They came out quickly to put valves on main water line. They had to come back three times that day because of leaks. When I called and spoke to Dale the manager about how many times they had to come out and could I get a credit toward my next visit. He told me that well we didnt charge you to come out those three timed.

My water shut off valve was soldered in the open position and needed to be replaced. I called Plumbing tech and Justin came out to replace the valve and my deck and garage valves for my faucets. Everything went perfect that day as when Justin arrived, the water dept came to shut off the water at the curb for Justin to complete the work. I want to thank Justin for his knowledge and a job well done!!!!
