Called for storm drain cleaning services. Spoke with Mike. He quoted me $1300 since i was 50 miles from their location. Agreed on service for the following Tuesday. Nobody showed up or called.

We've hired Mayer for a variety of services, and they've been wonderful. They're knowledgeable, honest, and do excellent work! I've had sewer line repair, gas line repair, reverse flow preventer valve installation, tankless water heater service, HVAC service, fixture installations, and I'm sure some other things I'm forgetting. They do it all, professionally, honestly, and stand by their work. Their pricing is reasonable, and they always have some advice on how to save a few bucks. If you're in Parma, get that valve put in and use these guys!

The experience was subpar. While the gentleman who came to our house was plenty nice, they are for sure a rip off. The charged us a $90 diagnostic fee, after the person that scheduled our appointment stated there wouldn’t be a fee for diagnostics. And this was the second visit because the first person that came out couldn’t find the issue. There was also not fee charged on the first visit. I called and spoke to a supervisor and he didn’t offer any explanation other than “if we do the work we will apply it toward that.” I didn’t think that was acceptable based on what we’re we told and I told them that. The quote they gave us was for $250-$650 plus parts. I thought this was absurd based on the issue the gentleman said we were having. So I called another plumber to get a second opinion. The second opinion came up with the same issue, however he was able to find the issue without me telling him what the first guy said in less than 10 minutes. While it took TWO people from roto rooter over 2 trips more than an hour and a half to find the same issue. So I obviously had more faith in this service and asked him how much he wanted to do the repair. And he wanted less than $100 parts, labor and diagnostics. I wouldn’t recommend roto rooter for any plumbing work.

I've known Kyle since 2002! I was his Biology teacher when he was a junior in HS and from the first day he was an upright gentleman. It was an honor to serve him as an educator and it came to no surprise that he went on to serve US in the military. Punctual, kind, detailed, and putting true craftsmanship into his work. Although Kyle didn't come to my house, his partner, Pete, came and installed a new toilet, replaced 2 old and leaking spigots on the outside of my house, and did so on a day's notice. I can't say enough about how happy my wife and I are with the work they provided in a timely and super-friendly manner. It's a relief to know that whenever I need ANY plumbing work done on my house, I have a guy!! I'll be referring them to everyone I know from here on out 🤛🏻✅😎

We've hired Matthew twice to help with some repairs on our plumbing. Both times he has been very professional and efficient, and we have not had any issues with either repair since. We'll definitely be calling him again in the future!
