I searched around for weeks to try and find the best company that fit my needs best and was able to work with me around my busy work schedule and decided to call NEO HVAC, My call was answered immediately! The receptionist was very nice and professional and told me she would have someone contact me as soon as possible, I got a call back from Brian within 30 minutes. He was very helpful and made sure I was fully aware and understood the whole process. we set an appointment for him to come out and check out the issues and he was very upfront and honest with me and actually saved me money. I got a few other quotes and was told by other companies that I need way more work done than I actually needed. The guys are always accommodating because of our work schedule. They clean up behind themselves and keep our furnace running like new.

Found out my home was not up to code, having been built in 1950. Wiring my kitchen to code was less than I expected. Electricians even fixed a couple easy issues when they saw it.
