Justin installed a new sump pump for us and I asked him to take a look at a few other problems I might want fixed in the future. He was able to give me a general idea of costs and explain exactly what needed done and why. We had them out late December to snake an overflowed drain in our basement connected to our water heater. 55 days later it is backed up again with water everywhere and no warranty.

Called Roto Rooter and they said there is typically a warranty and they offer one.

Don't use these folks.

Josh came highly recommended by neighbors, so when my 12-year-old sump pump finally died, I had him replace it. He was courteous, explained everything well and his rates were very reasonable. All was good for about a week and then something backed up in the system and it stopped working. Josh came out on a Saturday at no extra cost and spent 3 hours attempting to fix/diagnose the issue. Josh wouldn't leave until he was satisfied that he fixed the problem. He checked all the lines between the street and house, took the pump apart, and ultimately ended up replacing everything. Along the way, Josh explained everything he was doing and what he thought might be the problem at each step. We never determined 100% as to what the ultimate issue was, but everything is working well now. Josh stands behind his work and goes above and beyond for his customers. Very highly recommended.

Elie Plumbing, fast, punctual, professional and the price is not bad. They have done 2 jobs at my home. I have referred them to other friends. My friends are satisfied with the work too.

Justin is a very professional and knowledgeable plumber. He fixed the mess another plumber had made in my house and suggested an update to improve the efficiency of my installation. I contacted Drain Be Clean Plumbing to assist with repiping our kitchen sink drain. We went from a double sink to a deeper single sink which caused the existing drain coming up from the basement to no longer line up properly. We were running short on time and I didn't want to be without a kitchen sink for too long until we had a free day to complete the work ourselves. John was polite, on time and completed the job the first thing the following day. He even finished installing our new garbage disposal. I highly recommend John as a plumber. It's hard to come by contractors these days that are respectful of their clients homes and John was the perfect match for this small job. We will definitely call Drain Be Clean for any future plumbing needs.

They are the best. I first found them when I had to replace a radiator in a rental property. Chris had one and was extremely fair with pricing. I have used and recommended him ever since. My renters and I trust him.
