I had many companies over for estimates. I used to be in the business years ago when I was younger so I knew what to look for. This one had Kevin doing the job. He was polite, professional and especially honest. He and Jason came in and did a remarkable job in a time that I thought could not be done. During this time I had Covid-19 concerns and they rescheduled without any problem. I want to thank the office personnel for calling me on a Sunday to confirm. They ware remarkable. I think this is the best company in the business . Hats off to Kevin for being so forthcoming.

It cost $89 to have someone come out. The first red flag was the receptionist wouldn't let me spell my rather complicated last name. I never received the email confirmation promised (maybe you should have listened when I spelled my name). The plumber who came out didn't listen to the extent of the issues, I'm an Architect I know what I'm talking about. Then I got a quote of $300 for 6 for pipe and a gasket. JUST NO!

Great, fast service. Spoke with Sharon on Wednesday and Luke came out Thursday. No emergency but the available times were quick. Kept me in the loop with email and text until Luke arrived. Professional, knowledgeable service.

We came home from work to find that the pilot light on our water heater wouldn't stay lit. We called North Olmsted Plumbing and they came out right away. Their plumber was able to replace the burner assembly that night, and get our tank back up and running. He did a great job, and we are very happy with the service we received. They were also definitely affordable, and we would recommend using this company.

Giovanni Romito is a real find. He’s a true craftsman, really passionate about his work. His skills are the highest level, something you rarely see anymore. A young guy, he’s acquired a vast store of knowledge by working with both his grandfather and father. For us, he replaced kitchen gas cooktop, faucet, disposal, and dishwasher, and replaced the bathroom toilet. He also installed a new, second laundry room sink from scratch, following our wishes exactly. He is a must hire!
