Tech came in .when asked why he was not wearing a mask, he told me that this virus was just the flu, and the numbers were made up and that washing hands lowered your resistance ( his hand were filthy). I am at high risk for dying if I get the “rona”. He did not believe in customer service and I have to believe his company does either. This company should be following state rules, not ignoring them. I got a quote for work but he will not be coming back in my home ever. He also said the mask I was wearing was only good for dust. I told him it wasn’t for me, it was for him, so I didn’t spittle on him when I talk. Idiot

The receptionist was very nice and professional and told me she would have someone contact me as soon as possible, I got a call back from Brian within 30 minutes. He was very helpful and made sure I was fully aware and understood the whole process. we set an appointment for him to come out and check out the issues and he was very upfront and honest with me and actually saved me money. I got a few other quotes and was told by other companies that I need way more work done than I actually needed. Brian made sure I understood the whole process and got it done in a very quick and reasonable time and I've had no problems since! I will forsure be calling this company again for any work I may need done in the future. Thank you so much for doing exactly what I needed with out charging an arm and leg. I am very satisfied!
