Bought replacement furnace and AC system for our home. The consultant actually came to our home and thoroughly examined our needs and explained the options. (The other guys did not want to come out in person.) The installation happened just a couple of days after we approved the invoice. Installation was great. The staff are friendly and professional. They even finished a little early!

We needed a water line run to a new refrigerator in the employee break room. I was told this was the only option unless I wanted the line to freeze. I was extremely apprehensive at this idea and was charged $688 for a service that looks halfway finished and awful in an office. I was told to just get something from the hardware store to make it look better, but for almost $700, should I be doing this? At this point I regret using this company.

Mr Franklin was very professional, pleasant to talk to, and did a good job of explaining everything about what the problem might be with our dripping shower head and what it would take to fix it. He and the company were very nice about when they arrived to the appointment due to a family member sleeping during the morning because of working a night shift, which I really appreciated.

We had a gas leak here in my duple Duke cut it off and they ce to make the required powers. Well they didn't fix it properly and when Duke came back out it failed ins I ection. He didn't pressure test the lines after the repairs were made. Then they refused to send someone to make the required fix. So now we're just stuck in limbo. Other plumbers dont want to go behind them and we have no heat, hot water or stived. Which all ran off of gas. Really bad business. Be careful or you'll be stuck too.
