Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

Tyler and his team did a great job! They gave a very reasonable quote for installing new AC and furnace. Both were installed without issue, and working great. All components were done with exceptional care and detail, and the team were nice and professional.

I had work done back in 2020 for my a spot drain removal because that’s what was advised. I paid 9k for them to fix my main line and my drain in my basement. I was originally told there where roots in my pipes and I needed a spot repair to remove the tree roots and fix the root issue and they said my drain in my basement was dated and it would help if it was updated. So I paid my money to have it done and here we are 2 years later the same company comes out and tells me roots still need to be removed which means they didn’t do the original job correctly. This was a very costly mistake. If they don’t fix the issue it will be reported to the BBB and I will have to sue.

Cody did a great job and was very clear about what needed to be done. He was curious about being quick and efficient, especially while I was working from home. After he was done he made sure to clean up his working area and went through everything he did before leaving. A++

Quality comfort has been amazing for our house and family. New HVAC unit and AC unit in the last year. No issues and the best service possible. All of the service technicians have been great to work with and they don’t try to up-sell anything!

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!
