I had an issue with the sump pump. While they scheduled me for an appointment in two days they were able to send a service tech that day due to a cancellation. Chris was awesome. He assessed the issues, communicated the solution and worked fast and efficiently to resolve everything to my satisfaction. He even added a back flow devise because one was not installed previously. He showed me what to do to test the backup battery and dated the manufacturers product brochure so I would know when it was installed.

Getz tackled our broken sewer line. Justin provided excellent communication, showed up on time and gave us a very competitive price. He provided 5 options to choose from. We ended up replacing the entire line, 150 feet long and 10 feet deep towards the road. Justin and his team were polite, diligent, and honest and worked into the dark. I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.

Steve was out with in a day of me reaching out to jet our sewer. It was part of our inspection defect list to be repaired prior to closing he got it i handled for us quick.

The add in the phone book that the company told us to look at says no service call fees. They charged $199 for 15 minutes to replace a capacitor. Plus $65 for the part. I did some digging the part costs $27. OK they are a business I will go with it. My air conditioner was working. They leave, it goes out 4 hours later. I called backed and asked if it will another $199 for service call? Their response...well it sounds like your problem is not related to our previous work...so yes. This probably sounds like an incoherent mess, short story I will never call this company again!
