The service team at Neyer plumbing are polite and professional part of our team at OnSight Construction. They assist on our remodeling projects including kitchen and bathrooms for older and newer homes. Neyer has extensive experience and they are diligent in making sure everything is right! I am grateful that I can always call on them to treat our customers with respect and the homes we send them to, like their own.

This man grew his own shadow and started from the bottom and is an amazing worker. You can tell over the phone thats hes not only a professional but it felt like I was talking to a friend. In the end the prices and honesty showed how much he truly cares about our community. Id give 10 stars if I could. He even installed a free water heater for my aging mother.

Worked with this company (Kyle) to connect gas equipment and install a new hand sink in a commercial space, they quoted cheaper than large plumbing competitors like roto, pulling the same permit and performing the work. Once the actual work was done it was even less than original quote.

Will contract all of our future plumbing work to Hensley’s

Great response time. Tom Sawyer (the plumber's real name) was very professional. Cleaned up all the mess. Worked to get the job done quickly. Explained everything he was going to do very thoroughly. I would specifically request Tom again.

Nathan was amazing ! He came out same day , gave us a quote , helped us break down pricing and financing and got to work the next day ! We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. However, as the hours turned into days, I began to grow increasingly agitated. I made multiple attempts to reach out to them, leaving voicemails and sending emails, but to no avail. It was incredibly frustrating to be left hanging without any explanation or acknowledgment of my inquiries.

As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and receive updates regarding the status of my service request. Even if they were unable to assist me, a simple phone call to inform me of the situation would have sufficed. The add in the phone book that the company told us to look at says no service call fees. They charged $199 for 15 minutes to replace a capacitor. Plus $65 for the part. I did some digging the part costs $27. OK they are a business I will go with it. My air conditioner was working. They leave, it goes out 4 hours later. I called backed and asked if it will another $199 for service call? Their response...well it sounds like your problem is not related to our previous work...so yes. This probably sounds like an incoherent mess, short story I will never call this company again!
