We had the main water line into our house leaking; I phoned the office and I had someone at my house within 2 hours. They were here for hours waiting on parts but got the job done. Service is always excellent with this company!

The Plumb-Tree Company is the only company I will ever call or recommend ever again. My toilet was backing up and I called the rooter and others they would fix it and less than a week later problems back . Money going right out the window. The service guys these people sent out was either high or looked like they just got out of prison .I called Billy he was professional,clean and great at problem solving. I had a huge tree in my neighbors yard roots was the problem. He fixed my drain and replaced the damage from the roots and gave me a great price and service that was exceptional. I even checked others to check prices they were triple the price .
Billy's 100 percent affordable and does quality work. Worth every penny .

Jolly Plumbing and Ben Lindsely did a GREAT job helping us with a basement drain rooting. Ben and Evan were VERY courteous and service oriented. Ben continued to work on the problem and effectively communicated their progress. Ben and Evan were concerned about keeping the house clean and cleaned up after they completed their work. A family member used this company, also known as Romy's Plumbing and they conduct dirty business! They not only did an amatuer job, they charged too much to do the job and ended up in court with no satisfaction! STAY AWAY!

Did excellent job

Initial visit with tech was good. Very helpful and prompt. Second tech was also professional and helpful. Call center associates were polite and eager to help.However, have been ghosted twice now by appointments scheduled for Monday and today. Appointments were “lost”even though I have called and confirmed with the call center the days and people I spoke with for appointments.Edit: I was contacted by both a CSM and call center manager after this review. I greatly appreciate the thorough and professional approach that they both took in following up with me regarding the scheduling and miscommunication experience.As a conclusion, none of the associates were rude, and all services provided at my home were satisfactory.

Scott did a fantastic job. Very thorough and up front about pricing. Professional and courteous the entire time. Kacey was great too. I spoke with her when I called Roto-Rooter. She was very helpful and got help to me in a very timely manner-within an hour! Roto-Rooter has great coupons too that they honor. Thank you!

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.

I called at 8:00 am about a leak we had. They were there at 10:00 and done and everything fixed by 12:00. I really liked that they gave me an estimate and options prior to starting the job. Once they finished they went over everything with me. What really impressed me is that he realized water potential got into the wiring of the water heater and if left sitting could have damaged or shorted it out. He opened that to verify and so I could get it dried out.

We had a gas leak here in my duple Duke cut it off and they ce to make the required powers. Well they didn't fix it properly and when Duke came back out it failed ins I ection. He didn't pressure test the lines after the repairs were made. Then they refused to send someone to make the required fix. So now we're just stuck in limbo. Other plumbers dont want to go behind them and we have no heat, hot water or stived. Which all ran off of gas. Really bad business. Be careful or you'll be stuck too.

I cancelled service with Affordable Plumbing. They are VERY unprofessional. The secretary told me they would be out Friday , no one came, no one called. I called Saturday, the same secretary told me they would definitely be out Saturday, no one came and again no one called. I called today and the same girl says I'm scheduled for Monday.

I didn't get an apology for inconvenience or anything like that, she just said 'she doesn't know what to tell me' so I cancelled their service. I would not recommend this company to anybody. In fact, I would highly discourage anyone from wasting their time with this place.
