Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

I have never had a problem with this company and today was no different.
Caleb introduced himself, let me know what he was doing, asked if I had questions or concerns. When he was done he explained his report thoroughly.

Great company, did an awesome job

Schneller has been fantastic both times we have used them. Our hot water heater stopped working and they came out right away to assess. The part was still under warranty through HELP plumbing but HELP was so hard to work with/get to come out that we opted to pay Schneller to do it due to their timeliness and our satisfaction with them before. They ordered the part and was able to install it within hours of its arrival. David was kind and courteous and did a great job.

As a 25 year old woman who bought an older house and has little idea on how to maintenance it, I was nervous when my furnace stopped working randomly on the coldest night of the season so far. I called Quality Comfort Home Services and Scott came out the very next day, right on time. My house was 55 degrees when he got here and he got right to work. As a young woman who lives alone, it was phenomenal that they send out a picture of the tech so I knew exactly who I was opening my door for. He offered me advice for the future (like not to turn off the gas) and fixed the problem quickly. Turns out there was a dead bird in my motor. He also helped take care of a wasp nest that has been plaguing my walkway for months, which was so kind. My house was up to 68 degrees before he left. At no point did I feel that Scott was treating me as anything less than he would treat family. It was a great experience all around, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

As the homeowner of a house that is well over 100 years old, the charm of it is matched by the not so fun surprise repairs that pop up from time to time. We have used Wingate for maintenance since moving in and recently needed to replace the AC unit. Wingate representative Aaron was the perfect person to help us with this substantial investment. I ordered my water heater install through Lowe's and got set-up with Five Star. Marissa was so helpful on the phone and worked to make sure I got my same day install. Miles and his partner were awesome and even unclogged a basement drain for me. They did great work.

Called Herrmann Services ( no hot water). Scott arrived 1.5 hours after calling. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable-even with the bad news ( new tank), he was very comforting. Installed, hot water again, and he cleaned up his mess. Sad/ happy. Highly recommend. Melanie and Patty are great, as well. They keep it going. Thank you.
