I wanted to have some duct work done and replaced NOT CLEANED, because of the massive amount of dust blowing out of the ducts when the furnace blower is running. A young kid showed up telling me all I needed was a $2500.00 filter replacement done, even though I told him what I wanted was the duct work done. That would have been less that $1000.00 dollars. Today the duct work still isn't done, I'm out $2500.00 and the dust is still filling my house! I'm supposed to have a free furnace cleaning done by them, but I don't trust them enough to return inside my home. I have a very low opinion of this company and would certainly NOT recommend them to even clean a bird bath.

When I needed a garbage disposal removed and my sink repaired, I called G&K and asked for an estimate. They were friendly and professional, and their estimate was roughly the same as what every other place gave, so I made an appointment. The plumber arrived right when he'd said he would, and his work was excellent. It ended up costing less than they'd estimated. I'm very happy, and I'd call them again if I needed more work done.

George from Ruehl Plumbing came out as promised, installed new gas pipe for my gas stove in our new house. He was very professional and pleasant. Their price were very reasonable compare two other companies. They didn't nickel and dime you for every part plus didn't try to sell you something you did not need. Honest reasonable company you can trust. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Our water heater broke in the night. They had a team here an hour after I called and a new water heater installed before 3 pm!

Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

Joe came out and fixed an outdoor water leak for a wonderful price, however about 2 1/2 months later the leak sprung again. We called Joe, and he advised if the problem was his fault he would fix it free of charge. We let him know we would call him back, in which we did and we have received no response at all.
