Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Replaced drain in bathtub. Attempted to fix faucet by replacing valve cartridge but was unsuccessful due to faulty valve. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t have time to replace the valve which was the original request that he discouraged having done. I cannot recommend them as a good choice.

I was recommended to 24 HR Emergency Plumber Cincinnati Inc by some neighbors in my community. When I had an emergency, I called in for a toilet repair and they were able to diagnose the issue, give me an estimate, and fix the toilet in one day. WOW, THAT WAS REALLY HELPFUL.

We woke up Monday morning to find our water heater leaking. We called Jolly Plumbing that morning and Logan arrived soon after. Logan was able to remove and replace our water heater that day within a few hours and left the utility room cleaner than he found it! While it was expensive, the installation could not have gone better and Logan gave great customer service. Thank you Logan and Jolly Plumbing!

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

The girl dealing with me on a Sunday, while I’m bailing water and frustrated was awesome. Consummate professional dealing with an excited customer. Nick, the plumber, was great; polite, professional, skilled, neat and answered my barrage of questions. Will absolutely recommend Spartan and use them again. I write on my lot drainage problems in wet, greater Cincinnati. I needed a plumber to clear blockages so I called Roto-Rooter. The Montana Avenue shop came to my rescue. While the news wasn't good, Rob, the tech who did the work, quickly identified the blockage on one of my lot drains and and fully explained what to do. On the other, he was able to clear three blockage points but explained there was a high probability of collapse at each spot and that the line would need to be replaced at some point soon. No surprise, but well worth the information. Rob was pleasant, thorough, professional and efficient with his time and mine. We will have the digging crew out to complete the repairs. Sadly they couldn't stop the rain.Steve Powell

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Brandt junker and his team are very professional and they treat you like a person and not just another number. When I talked with him I could tell he was a man of integrity and honesty. He and his team were able to detect and pinpoint the exact location where my leak was originating from. It made the plumbers work easier and has gave me peace of mind. If you notice you have a soupy yard or it has become a swamp overnight I highly recommend you hire his company to find the exact location of your leak!

Mr Franklin was very professional, pleasant to talk to, and did a good job of explaining everything about what the problem might be with our dripping shower head and what it would take to fix it. He and the company were very nice about when they arrived to the appointment due to a family member sleeping during the morning because of working a night shift, which I really appreciated.

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.

Steve was out with in a day of me reaching out to jet our sewer. It was part of our inspection defect list to be repaired prior to closing he got it i handled for us quick.
