Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Howard and Keith did an amazing job correcting issues on our 1906 Craftsman. They updated our plumbing and replaced a water heater expansion tank. The work they did was perfect and was a fair price.

John was great and work with us when we didn’t have all of the parts we needed for him to complete the job.

Company claims they are a 24 hour service. Called and they had no one available. Should not advertise what they can't or won't do. 1st experience was great and that is why i called back to have them fix another issue. Will tell everyone i know they are NOT a 24 hr service. BBB will be contacted.

I first had Halpin out in December 2016 for 3 toilets that needed work. Tommy was the service tech. I wound up paying nearly $400 for 2 toilets to be rebuilt (inner guts of the tank, not exactly NASA technology) and the third one he was clueless about! Even among high service rates these days, I truly felt utterly ripped off. So, one of my five toilets remains out of service because not only did he not have a clue, but he also wanted to sell me a $600 new toilet! I said no way. I only let him fix the other two because I was faced with an expensive service charge anyway if I chose to have No work done. On top of all this, he was more interested in selling me a pricey service plan. So fast forward to June 2017 and one of the rebuilt toilets is leaking by and running a lot again. That was the problem when I spent the $400. So I called and complained that it was doing the same thing and should have lasted much longer than this. They would not commit to fixing it for free on the phone so I had them come out anyway thinking it was a no-brainer that they would stand behind their expensive work and fix it without charge. Nope. I wound up being charged another $132.54 to replace the rubber flapper! I don't think it's gold-plated but I haven't checked. And the service tech must have flushed my toilets about 40 times - thanks for the water bill. What an utter RIPOFF. Their excuse? They said they only warranty their work for 30 (or was it 60?) days and besides, the previous tech was no longer with the company. Gee, go figure. And the toilet won't flush properly now! This company is the biggest RIP-OFF I have ever dealt with in the service industries. (The service tech this time, Kevin, was a really nice guy and his hands were tied by the lousy company's policy. He called the office trying to get the work for free or reduced without success. I told him this would be the last time Halpin would be allowed to step in my building). These 5 star ratings should be six star ratings so people could use a Negative star, as in this case.

I have used Holthaus plumbing a number of times . Each time they are responsive and courteous. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had a customer with an emergency pipe burst late Saturday afternoon called Charles the owner, left him a voice mail. He responded back and called within minutes to get the details. This is a caring professional that also takes care of any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Great job by plumbers who will gladly answer your questions. And, stand behind their work. Pricing is very reasonable for licensed, bonded plumbers. I'm hiring them to do more work in my home.

I will recommend Getz Sewer and Water to everyone I know. Justin was professional and was able to fit me in at the end of his day. The camera and hydro jet service was hundreds less than all of the competition. Thanks again Getz!

Nixco did an amazing job with our requests - including installing all new toilets and running a gas line for a new stove. They were friendly, knowledgeable regarding recommendations, and discussed all questions and concerns. They were very respectful and clean. The company is up to date with technology so that they're easy to schedule/contact if we ever have any urgent issues. We really appreciate the high quality service. Thank you!
