Best Main Sewer Line Video Inspection in Cincinnati OH

Our hot water heater went out and I had a previous great experience with Nieman Plumbing years ago. We knew we wanted to go with Nieman again. We researched hot water heaters and Kerry gave us quotes on our top choices. We accepted one of their quotes and our new hot water heater was installed quickly, efficiently and professionally. A family member used this company, also known as Romy's Plumbing and they conduct dirty business! They not only did an amatuer job, they charged too much to do the job and ended up in court with no satisfaction! STAY AWAY!

Short Version: Phil and Brent double checked all their work and discovered some pipes were not cleaned to their liking. They stayed until the job was finished. The peace of mind that all my drains are clean is worth every penny. Just two guys with a truck that do an awesome job.

LONG VERSION
Phil and Brent came to my house to check a thoroughly clogged main sewage line under my basement. The used a camera to check out all my lines through two different clean outs. Ran the camera all the way out to my yard and then all the way to the street. Recorded all the footage and gave me a VHS. Then used a water jet machine and auger to clean out all my lines out to. Double checked their work with the camera, then cleaned them out to meet their high standards. Cleaned up the entire mess themselves...even had bleach on their truck to mop up my floors.

DeShawn came out and cleared my main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me. Explained the services offered including the warranty service of 3 years with one free clearing should it occur again. Also, scheduled a camera man to evaluate any damages underground from tree roots. I'm very satisfied with his professionalism and recommend him for work.

I had a fantastic experience with Roto-Rooter because of the young man that came out to fix a clog in our drain. His name was Matt #2719.He diagnosed the problem, explained the procedures he was going to employ. He answered questions respectfully. He was very professional and thorough. I would definitely request him again. Roto-Rooter is lucky to have him.

Nathan was very nice, thorough and transparent about the work required. In addition he happen to have discovered we believe one of my mothers rings. We think my Dad may have dropped it in the process of putting it away somewhere safe and secure. We were very appreciative!

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.
