Then Eric arrived, and knew how to get to the pipe from below. It took him two days, when we feared it may take several weeks. I recently had a very frustrating experience with A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service, and I am compelled to share my disappointment with their lack of communication. I wanted to hire them for a plumbing issue that needed immediate attention, but their failure to call me back left me in a state of frustration and inconvenience.

First and foremost, when I initially reached out to A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service, they were prompt in answering my call and seemed attentive to my problem. We discussed the urgency of the issue, and they assured me that they would get back to me shortly to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, that was the last I heard from them.

I patiently waited for their call, assuming they were busy attending to other customers or encountering unforeseen circumstances. However, as the hours turned into days, I began to grow increasingly agitated. I made multiple attempts to reach out to them, leaving voicemails and sending emails, but to no avail. It was incredibly frustrating to be left hanging without any explanation or acknowledgment of my inquiries.

What disappoints me the most is the lack of professionalism displayed by A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and receive updates regarding the status of my service request. Even if they were unable to assist me, a simple phone call to inform me of the situation would have sufficed.
