Brent, Mike, and the rest of his crew are excellent. I was purchasing a new home and they pointed out some potential drainage issues that were realized during both the inspection process and after I moved in. They were punctual and left the job site clean for my sewer lining (CIPP). Couldn't recommend them more!

DeShawn came out and cleared my main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me. Explained the services offered including the warranty service of 3 years with one free clearing should it occur again. Also, scheduled a camera man to evaluate any damages underground from tree roots. I'm very satisfied with his professionalism and recommend him for work.

My water heater finally went out the next day Austin and Travor came over and gave me some options on the best one to get for my family. Super quick response time, very professional, we had a major septic issue that needed immediate attention and within a few hours after first phone conversation they were at my house, diagnosed the problem, gave me quote and the very next day just 24 hours after the call they were already breaking ground and before I even got home from work they had completed the entire job! These guys are awesome I highly recommend them! We will be calling them for future projects

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Steve was out with in a day of me reaching out to jet our sewer. It was part of our inspection defect list to be repaired prior to closing he got it i handled for us quick.
