Recently had a plumber come out from Schneller and Knochelmann due to a leaking garbage disposal. The tech charged me $324 to replace the flange (a $25 part at most) which took him approximately 30 min all said and done. After reaching out to get an explanation of this predatory price I was credited $99 for the service charge. If my math is correct this comes out to about $400 per hour of labor... Pick someone else unless you want to get fleeced.

Hi! I’m 18 and I was driving through Eastgate around 2:30pm on August 2nd and ended up behind one of these company trucks. The man driving was infront of me going 60 in a 65. Not only 5 under, but we were in the fast lane as well. I shook my head, which I do at most people who go slow, and he excessively mocked me by thrashing his head back and forth. I was in my Jeep Wrangler with the doors and top off so he thought it would be okay to roll his window down and try to spit to get it on me. He eventually got over and continued to flip me off through the window when I drove by. He had a hat on and glasses as well I believe.

Great experience today with Tony! I needed a new thermostat. He was right on time and listened. Tony immediately realized I travel for work and suggested the Nest. I love it already! Called Herrmann Services ( no hot water). Scott arrived 1.5 hours after calling. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable-even with the bad news ( new tank), he was very comforting. Great job by plumbers who will gladly answer your questions. And, stand behind their work. Pricing is very reasonable for licensed, bonded plumbers. I'm hiring them to do more work in my home.

Terrell is a master of his craft and obviously takes pride in his work. Wish my family could have worked with him, but Choice Home Warranty is terrible.
