In the end the prices and honesty showed how much he truly cares about our community. Id give 10 stars if I could. He even installed a free water heater for my aging mother.

They replaced all of our plumbing after a 12 year plastic pipe burst in our basement. It was a significant job that included extensive dry wall work that took several weeks. They were professional and courteous. We have used them twice since then, one was an urgent call that they responded within a few hours. Again professional and courteous.

Clearly they’re doing something right if they’re booked weeks ahead of time. They had a cancellation and were able to come out 10 days earlier and were very accommodating. The service was exceptional, and the technician was thorough and upfront.

His explanations of our issues and estimated cost of repairs were clear and concise. Moreover, Eric respectfully answered all of my concerns. Note: Though Plumb Tite did not give an estimate lower than 2 others I received, I am sharing this review because I believe Eric's Professionalism and great representation of Plumb Tite should not go unnoticed!!!

Jolly Plumbing was amazing. The night before, my toilet wouldnt fully flush. That was a Thursday nightm I called first thing Friday morning and they got Allen out right away. It ended up being a difficult diagnosis and Allen went way above and beyond calling in extra help. They solved the problem and the price tag was more than reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Chad was very informative and stepped me through the process. This was a big expense for us and Schlueter made it as painless as possible. I will certainly use them again.

As the homeowner of a house that is well over 100 years old, the charm of it is matched by the not so fun surprise repairs that pop up from time to time. We have used Wingate for maintenance since moving in and recently needed to replace the AC unit. Wingate representative Aaron was the perfect person to help us with this substantial investment. Personable, professional and extremely helpful, I really appreciated that I didn't feel like I was being given a sales pitch but rather a straight forward and educational assessment and guidance to find what would be our best option. Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

Steve and Ryan did an excellent job in the repair/replacement of our failed drain lines in the kitchen and bathroom through the basement bathroom to the main drain stack of our 60 year old house. They were extremely professional and courteous and they explained everything they were doing. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and service!

I haven't writtten a review in my life but I feel like If I don't do this other people might not realize how HORRIBLE, IRRESPONSIBLE , RIDICULOUS & UNTRUSTED this company is. We hired them for jobs but let them go for one of them because they didn't show up. We decided to let them finish the other job ( main sewer line replacement) because they already started. The agreement for the price was $2995 and will take 2-3 days to finish everything if the weather was permitted. It took them almost a month to get the job done and it is not because of the weather. It will take them much longer if we don't call them every single day to ask them to finish.
They went out and drill a hole in our basement to install a new pipe and leave the hole unseal and didn't come back for a week. Unfortunately for us, we got rain on the weekend and the water ran in basement like a stream. On Friday, 8 PM our tenant called and told us their stuff got soaking wet. I wished that I can know how to post the video here. We called their plumber. Of course, no answer. My husband left him a voice mail and we also called the company phone. The lady answered the phone and told us that not their problem. After, my husband yelled at her on the phone, and she said their plumbing will give us a call. Around 9:30 PM, their plumber called back and said he couldn't come because he was busy working on another job and wouldn't be able to show up until midnight. We told him we didn't care what time it was he need to come to fix the problem he created. We couldn't trusted because they already lied to us many times before so we had to go to Mernard to buy a sum pump to pump the water out and concrete stuff to fix the hole up by ourselves. After 2-3 weeks the work was still not done. We called the owner and told them if they couldn't get it done we had to hire different company. Of course we didn't even know they were done until few days ago, the lady called my husband and questioned us why don't we pay them. No phone call to tell us the job was done nor invoice. We asked them to give us the money we spent for materials, labor to fix the hole and called the city, etc back. They said no and they said they will put the lien on the house if we don't pay them full amount. We already mailed them the check 3 days ago and yesterday we received an email and a letter from their lawyer threat us to put the lien on our house if we don't pay them. I am glad to know to know that they wait their time and money to find a lawyer. We thought about about filling a court to get our money back but not sure if I wanted to wait my time to deal with those kind of people. If you consider hire this company, please think again not twice but three, four, five times. Trust me this company is worth nothing
