The Plumb-Tree Company is the only company I will ever call or recommend ever again. My toilet was backing up and I called the rooter and others they would fix it and less than a week later problems back . Money going right out the window. The service guys these people sent out was either high or looked like they just got out of prison .I called Billy he was professional,clean and great at problem solving. I had a huge tree in my neighbors yard roots was the problem. He fixed my drain and replaced the damage from the roots and gave me a great price and service that was exceptional. I even checked others to check prices they were triple the price .
Billy's 100 percent affordable and does quality work. Worth every penny .

Niesen plumbing did a great job with taking out and reinstalling our water heater. We would use them again.

Hi! I’m 18 and I was driving through Eastgate around 2:30pm on August 2nd and ended up behind one of these company trucks. The man driving was infront of me going 60 in a 65. Not only 5 under, but we were in the fast lane as well. I shook my head, which I do at most people who go slow, and he excessively mocked me by thrashing his head back and forth. I was in my Jeep Wrangler with the doors and top off so he thought it would be okay to roll his window down and try to spit to get it on me. He eventually got over and continued to flip me off through the window when I drove by. He had a hat on and glasses as well I believe.

Tim was very professional and friendly. He was able to do repairs for me even after hours. Hughes and Sons is a fantastic family business. I would highly recommend them.

We had a plumber scheduled to come out . He called and said I'll be late do you want me to come first thing in the morning. I told him I would rather him come late it was an emergency well I've never heard from him or the company they just completely ignored me.

I think I found my new team for my plumbing needs. Old cast iron pipe from toilet finally gave way and was pouring into my basement. John and team with Plumb Tite fixed the problem. No more leaks. I'm very happy with the results.

Our cooling coil had been freezing up, but the unit was still able to keep our house relatively cool, so we had a technician from Quality Comfort come out. When he arrived, he said the heat pump was probably low on refrigerant. After checking the pressures on either side of the compressor though, he said they were the same so the compressor must have a leaky valve and not compressing anything. This didn't make sense to me since the unit was still able to cool the house. I asked him several times how the unit could still cool without the compressor doing its job, but never got an answer that made sense. He recommended replacing the unit since it was 10 years old and then spec'd out a $4000 unit.I didn't think the unit was that old and sure enough, when I looked at the nameplate, the manufacturer date was on there: 8 years old, hmm. Also, since I didn't understand how our house was being cooled without the compressor working, I had a technician from another company come out. He checked the lines on either side of the compressor and found a pretty large pressure difference, but the line did need recharging. He checked some other things, said the compressor looked good and recharged the line with refrigerant. The system is working great.I don't know if the technician from Quality Comfort couldn't use his equipment right or if he was trying to pull a fast one on me to get me to buy a new unit. What bothers me more though is that I challenged him on his diagnosis of the problem several times and he couldn't explain it. I amvery dissatisfied with this service call.**Update: Ryan (owner) called me to apologize about the service call. He seemed very sincere and said his team is not in the business of selling people something they don't need. Also, he promised to refund the fee for the service call. So although I was upset with the original technician, Ryan seems like he's trying to make things right. Thanks Ryan.

Timely, professional, affordable. Tyler & Jesse were outstanding. Been a very difficult year & the way Jolly handled the leak in the basement was great. From the phone service, the inspection, the technicians who diagnosed the whole house, right down to repairmen who dug up the line to repair it...could not have been better. They not only took care of the leak, but they cared about the recent loss my family experienced. Highly recommend Jolly. Beth, Anthony, Wayne, Dustin, Tyler & Jesse...excellent staff. Good people who care.

Ryan provided outstanding service as he repaired a shower and installed 3 toilets. He cleaned everything up, and was even able to finish the job for less than the original estimate. We appreciated his transparency and work ethic. We told my 80+ year-old mother that this was a plumber she could trust. She called the next week and agreed that this is a company you can rely on. I gotta say I’m very happy with my new roof install by Wingate. Matthew was very helpful in our decision making on what best suited our needs. He made it manageable dealing with insurance and making sure he was keeping our best interest in mind while doing so. His crew did a wonderful job and the roof was a one day install which was very nice!

I ordered my water heater install through Lowe's and got set-up with Five Star. Marissa was so helpful on the phone and worked to make sure I got my same day install. Miles and his partner were awesome and even unclogged a basement drain for me. They did great work.

Steve and Ryan did an excellent job in the repair/replacement of our failed drain lines in the kitchen and bathroom through the basement bathroom to the main drain stack of our 60 year old house. They were extremely professional and courteous and they explained everything they were doing. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and service!

Best technicians and customer service in town. Everyone is so nice that they feel like family. I've been using Geiler for years and will continue to do so for however long I need their services.

I have never actually used their services. However, their customer service is phenomenal. I was stranded in the middle of the night after I ran over something in the road and it put a hole in my transmission, draining all of the fluid. Two guys in a TJ Dyer truck not only stopped and assisted me, but went out of their way to ensure that I was left in a safe place. If they are that helpful to a complete stranger on a dark road, I can only imagine how they treat their paying customers.

I cancelled service with Affordable Plumbing. They are VERY unprofessional. The secretary told me they would be out Friday , no one came, no one called. I called Saturday, the same secretary told me they would definitely be out Saturday, no one came and again no one called. I called today and the same girl says I'm scheduled for Monday.

I didn't get an apology for inconvenience or anything like that, she just said 'she doesn't know what to tell me' so I cancelled their service. I would not recommend this company to anybody. In fact, I would highly discourage anyone from wasting their time with this place.
