Niesen plumbing did a great job with taking out and reinstalling our water heater. We would use them again.

The service guys were very nice and professional. They seemed to be very thorough at their inspections.
The service agreement for $15.00 a month seems like a fair deal .

Sean Slatter was the best! Very professional. Our capacitor went out on the air conditioner. I was very happy to get such quick service on this very hot day. It took maybe 4 hours from the time we called for an appt until it was all fixed. Schneller- Knochleman does a great job!

Excellent customer service from the Dana in the front office to Rich who serviced my boiler. Rich was very professional and methodical in solving a problem that other contractors couldn't. He took a conservative approach that not only solved the problem but ended up costing me a lot less. I would highly recommend this company.

Abby was absolutely amazing! Prior to doing any service, she asked me to tell her if my concerns. She was very informative, consultative and complimentary. Helped me to understand that my home was in good standing and that I didn’t need any service today. Recommended some of HELP’s products for maintenance and care and wished me well. Availed herself through the company if I had further questions or concerns. I offered to buy her lunch and she wouldn’t let me ☺️HELP was everything that their TV commercial promotes! Abby deserves a raise!

I gotta say I’m very happy with my new roof install by Wingate. Matthew was very helpful in our decision making on what best suited our needs. He made it manageable dealing with insurance and making sure he was keeping our best interest in mind while doing so. His crew did a wonderful job and the roof was a one day install which was very nice!

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

I can’t rave enough about this company. This is my 2nd time using them & this time was more stressful. From beginning to end Alex & his team made the inconvenience of not having a toilet less stressful. He explained it start to finish, showed up on time, worked quickly & efficiently, and were able to finish exactly as they planned. His team goes above & beyond. Herrmann has a customer for life.
