Matthias was an excellent service man. He informed me when he would arrive. He explained what he would be doing. He wore a mask and shoe covers while he was here. He explained what he did and how the furnace was functioning currently. I am very pleased with Matthias and Schneller and Knochelmann P, H & AC.

Jolly Rep Saul stopped by and we talked about what needed to be done. He scoped the sewer pipe and gave us an estimate of Jolly Plumbing's part of the fix. I called the office to obtain the name(s) of some concrete removal and restoration contractors. I am waiting for the call back. Thanks for the great service.
