Best Furnace Tune-Up/Maintenance in Cincinnati OH

Niesen plumbing did a great job with taking out and reinstalling our water heater. We would use them again.

I am very grateful for Schneller Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. I was not happy with my previous A/C company and was looking for somewhere else. Schneller employees have always been knowledgable, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I have no intention of ever switching to another company.

First off I do want to say the employees were very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the end result of my experience with them resulted in a very expensive waste of money.I called them because the pipes were frozen on my a/c unit. They came in, filled the refrigerant, supposedly checked for leaks, charged me $589, with a discount for joining their membership plan. Coupons don’t apply with membership. I should have just stuck with the coupon, paid the same and not be stuck with any membership.The next day, pipes were frozen again. They sent someone else, this time the technician immediately finds an obvious leak that was missed by the first guy. There was a hissing sound coming from the unit. I was quoted $2,007 to get this fixed, they would wave the cost of the refrigerant. I called the office to talk to a manager, to see if they can work with me on the price, considering their mistake the first time. They wouldn’t budge.I decided to get a 2nd opinion with a different company, and was quoted $700 LESS than what Thomas and Galbraith quoted me! That’s with the cost of the refrigerant!Now I have to deal with trying to cancel my membership with Thomas and Galbraith, without costing me more money, for the obvious reason of not being happy with their work, wasting so much of my money, and for being ridiculously overpriced.DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

Kevin came and gave me a very honest accessment on my home heating boiler. Pleasent guy and very knowledgeable person. Great personality. I would highly recommend .
