Niesen plumbing did a great job with taking out and reinstalling our water heater. We would use them again.

Our service was wonderful! I loved getting a text message telling me all about my technician, his picture, and how to track his arrival! Our technician called prior to arrival and arrived right when he said that he would. When he walked in he was polite and courteous, and even included my toddler and his friend. He joked with them, made glove balloons, and fixed our clog very quickly. In and out with no problems!!! Ryan was awesome!! Thank you!!

First time using Jolly. Had them install a gas line extension to kitchen so we could add a gas stove. They arrived on time and were very courteous and personable. They gave me an estimate and said I was free to take it or get other estimates. It was a little more than I was expecting but I took it. They presented options to me as they learned more as the job progressed. And cleaned up well afterward. I am happy with the work and would use them again.

We had a clogged main that had sewage backing up into our basement. Dylan came over early for the appointment. He was very professional and clean. He was able to clear the clog quickly, with no mess. We will definitely use them again.

As the homeowner of a house that is well over 100 years old, the charm of it is matched by the not so fun surprise repairs that pop up from time to time. We have used Wingate for maintenance since moving in and recently needed to replace the AC unit. Wingate representative Aaron was the perfect person to help us with this substantial investment. Personable, professional and extremely helpful, I really appreciated that I didn't feel like I was being given a sales pitch but rather a straight forward and educational assessment and guidance to find what would be our best option. We have had our sump pump drained 3-4 times at our hair salon in butler Ky. And each time they come, they are super quick and efficient.

I ordered my water heater install through Lowe's and got set-up with Five Star. Marissa was so helpful on the phone and worked to make sure I got my same day install. Miles and his partner were awesome and even unclogged a basement drain for me. They did great work.

Called Herrmann Services ( no hot water). Scott arrived 1.5 hours after calling. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable-even with the bad news ( new tank), he was very comforting. Installed, hot water again, and he cleaned up his mess. Sad/ happy. Highly recommend. Melanie and Patty are great, as well. They keep it going. Thank you.

I would give them a -10 if I could- DO NOT USE- TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL - They were actually recommended to me.
I'll be speaking with David Becker on this. They were contracted to camera a line and provide a flash drive. After the first tech Ryan refused to answer any calls, they sent a second tech Scott - seemed really nice and helpful - camer'ed the line.. They were paid by Credit card for good faith- chased them for over a week for the video ( after Tracie hung up on my supervisor, no returned phone calls, text messages and emails for 2 weeks)...we finally got the video ( with It was let then 30 seconds long and a video of the tech ( he took it off his cell phone!! ).. They refuse to refund the money or respond to any correspondences... I'll be contacting the BBB and reversing / disputing the charges.

Sam and his team are the best plumbers you can get. They even fixed what a different plumber messed up in our old home. We have had him do multiple jobs and they always do a great job for a fair price.
