Hot water heat broke in my rental property and water was leaking on to the floor. I spoke with Jared and within 24 hours, the unit was removed and a new one installed. Very professional! Great company to work with and reasonable pricing.

Zack was right on time! We contacted him to give us an estimate on replacing our heating and air conditioning system. He explained everything very well and gave us several options. He was very professional and only gave us information on what we needed. He didn't try to sell us other services or more than what we needed or wanted. Very good experience! They had our old system removed and our new system up and running in about 4 1/2 hours. They were so quiet, we didn't even know they were here. They were very clean and left no mess. This company is savvy and do customer service well! They contacted me within my window to tell me when they would arrive and provided me the ability to see where the technician was in real time. Very helpful. Also, they documented the results of the tests and maintenance, along with photos. The technician was friendly and professional and provided a clear report when the maintenance was completed.

Nathan was here to do our semi-annual furnace/AC checkup. I don't know where Schneller finds these guys, but all the techs show up on time, they're courteous, get right to work, they're knowledgeable about HVAC. Since Schneller put in our furnace about 5 years ago, we've probably met a dozen of their techs and I would have any of them back again. They're the kind of people you could just throw the keys to the house to and tell them Lock it up when you're done. Highly recommend!

Did not address the problem. Said everything was fine and walked away. Had to call back another technician an hour later as more problems persisted. Thankfully the next technician acknowledged the problem and ordered a new thermostat.

I wanted to share with you about Aaron Schulte coming from HELP today to fix quite a few problems I had in my home. He arrived right on time with a great smile. He had shoe covers, a mask and listened very carefully as I described my problems. You could tell he knew what he was doing. He did an assessment to assure what the exact problems were, sat with me and gave me in detail my options and the costs. He was so professional and pleasant. He went straight to work and I could not believe he finished everything so quickly. He was professional, assessed my entire home, gave recommendations and I was so comfortable with him being in my home. I would never call anyone else. I also joined the HELP club and saved twice the cost of that today. He left everything clean and neat. He was just so professional and pleasant. Such a fine young man. As the homeowner of a house that is well over 100 years old, the charm of it is matched by the not so fun surprise repairs that pop up from time to time. Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

Steve and Ryan did an excellent job in the repair/replacement of our failed drain lines in the kitchen and bathroom through the basement bathroom to the main drain stack of our 60 year old house.
