This man grew his own shadow and started from the bottom and is an amazing worker. You can tell over the phone thats hes not only a professional but it felt like I was talking to a friend. I can't say enough good things about this company. I had a kitchen drain that was plugged up and I tried to free it myself. Well Nick showed up with the right equipment and even had covers for his shoes. He was at my house for about 90 minutes snaking and looking through the camera until he was sure it was clean. He told me how proud he is to be working for this company. I highly recommend this outfit to do any plumbing job.

They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

A family member used this company, also known as Romy's Plumbing and they conduct dirty business! They not only did an amatuer job, they charged too much to do the job and ended up in court with no satisfaction! STAY AWAY!

We had a major pipe burst in our bathroom which flooded our bathroom. G&R Plumbing came out at the time they said, and fixed it in 30 mins. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
