Tremendous and professional service from Matt and Jeff! Used this company before and after an overnight pipe burst they were here at 1.30 same day and find two leaks and fixed quickly and efficiently - would absolutely recommend.

Seriously, this guy was awesome. Fixed my vanity and jacuzzi for water jam, adjusted breakers, inspected the motor and had bunch of advises for me. When he found the home warranty does not cover for any of those, all he asked for is a review. When everyone else was ripping me off for the slightest of the work at my basement, this guy does not expect for the work he has done. I gave him a decent tip. Glad to see people like him who are honest and trustworthy in this field.

I was recommended to 24 HR Emergency Plumber Cincinnati Inc by some neighbors in my community. When I had an emergency, I called in for a toilet repair and they were able to diagnose the issue, give me an estimate, and fix the toilet in one day. WOW, THAT WAS REALLY HELPFUL.

The Plumb-Tree Company is the only company I will ever call or recommend ever again. My toilet was backing up and I called the rooter and others they would fix it and less than a week later problems back . Money going right out the window. The service guys these people sent out was either high or looked like they just got out of prison .I called Billy he was professional,clean and great at problem solving. I had a huge tree in my neighbors yard roots was the problem. He fixed my drain and replaced the damage from the roots and gave me a great price and service that was exceptional. I even checked others to check prices they were triple the price .
Billy's 100 percent affordable and does quality work. Worth every penny .

Tomo and his apprentice were extremely polite, knowledgeable and informative.They listened attentively to the problem, made an initial inspection and provided me with their assessment and recommendation. They repaired a faulty bathtub drain, tested it, had me inspect the work before cleaning up.My only complaint, which has nothing to do with them, was paying $931 for a the installation of a PVC waste and overflow and drain plug that they purchased from Home Depot. I trusted Jolly Plumbing with a large job several years ago. When the estimate they provided considerably increased due to a mis diagnosis of the problem, they stuck to their original price quote and did an amazing job. This is why I called Jolly plumbing for this issue. I would highly recommend them based solely on the quality of work and professionalism of their employees. Just be prepared for the sticker shock.

They were able to fix my issue the same day I called them. The plumber was very knowledgeable about plumbing, was able to give me some education on my houses pipes and the best way to take care of them. I appreciated the timeliness, professionalism and respectful service! Definitely will use again!

We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.
