Steve and Ryan did an excellent job in the repair/replacement of our failed drain lines in the kitchen and bathroom through the basement bathroom to the main drain stack of our 60 year old house. Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

No fee estimates, professional, polite service representative and price for our service was 3 times lower than The Benjamin Franklin Plumbing estimate which I had to pay for. Gave the estimate and fixed our problems on the spot, what's not to love about all that!

Ryan provided outstanding service as he repaired a shower and installed 3 toilets. He cleaned everything up, and was even able to finish the job for less than the original estimate. As the homeowner of a house that is well over 100 years old, the charm of it is matched by the not so fun surprise repairs that pop up from time to time. We have used Wingate for maintenance since moving in and recently needed to replace the AC unit. Wingate representative Aaron was the perfect person to help us with this substantial investment. I recieved 4 estimates for my hot water replacement and the professionalism of Five Star Home Services was by far the best of all the companies. Rude, don’t use this company.

The add in the phone book that the company told us to look at says no service call fees. They charged $199 for 15 minutes to replace a capacitor. Plus $65 for the part. I did some digging the part costs $27. OK they are a business I will go with it. My air conditioner was working. They leave, it goes out 4 hours later. I called backed and asked if it will another $199 for service call? Their response...well it sounds like your problem is not related to our previous work...so yes. This probably sounds like an incoherent mess, short story I will never call this company again!
