Steve and Ryan did an excellent job in the repair/replacement of our failed drain lines in the kitchen and bathroom through the basement bathroom to the main drain stack of our 60 year old house. We called Thomas and Galbraith because we stopped getting hot water throughout our house. They were able to get us on the books for the next day to have someone come out and look at our water heater. Don came out and inspected everything and explained things very throughly to me. He actually caught a few other things that were needing to be fixed that could have been an issue in the future. We ended up having our water heater and water softener replaced and Zach and Tyler did a great job with the installation! They were super friendly and professional and walked through everything that they had completed. They even left the area they worked in cleaner than it was before they got in! 100% recommend

The Plumb-Tree Company is the only company I will ever call or recommend ever again. My toilet was backing up and I called the rooter and others they would fix it and less than a week later problems back . Money going right out the window. The service guys these people sent out was either high or looked like they just got out of prison .I called Billy he was professional,clean and great at problem solving. I had a huge tree in my neighbors yard roots was the problem. He fixed my drain and replaced the damage from the roots and gave me a great price and service that was exceptional. I even checked others to check prices they were triple the price .
Billy's 100 percent affordable and does quality work. Worth every penny .

We had a pipe burst and they sent a tech out the next day. Austin came in and fixed what he could. He was very polite and very professional. He even came early which worked perfect for us. We definitely will recommend to all of our friends and will use them in the future! He went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be more thankful!

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

I recieved 4 estimates for my hot water replacement and the professionalism of Five Star Home Services was by far the best of all the companies. The installation crew were very courteous, neat and knowledgeable. The recommendations that were made fit perfectly with my plumbing needs. I have already recommended this company to friends and family. I will only use them for all of my future plumbing needs!! 5 star company!!

Geiler has been our service company of choice for over 25 years. They never disappoint. Always professional, knowledgeable and very kind. I am so grateful for them. They can do so very much so well.

My work

I have never actually used their services. However, their customer service is phenomenal. I was stranded in the middle of the night after I ran over something in the road and it put a hole in my transmission, draining all of the fluid. Two guys in a TJ Dyer truck not only stopped and assisted me, but went out of their way to ensure that I was left in a safe place. If they are that helpful to a complete stranger on a dark road, I can only imagine how they treat their paying customers.

The add in the phone book that the company told us to look at says no service call fees. They charged $199 for 15 minutes to replace a capacitor. Plus $65 for the part. I did some digging the part costs $27. OK they are a business I will go with it. My air conditioner was working. They leave, it goes out 4 hours later. I called backed and asked if it will another $199 for service call? Their response...well it sounds like your problem is not related to our previous work...so yes. This probably sounds like an incoherent mess, short story I will never call this company again!
