I called 1-Tom-Plumber after seeing the positive reviews and a plumber was here 30 minutes later. Ben was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and informative. Within 30 seconds of seeing the bathroom, he calmly stated that's the problem before explaining the issue to me along with the resolution and cost to repair. 20 minutes later he had finished installing new copper piping, a new tub spout, and explained the company's 30 day guarantee while demonstrating the fix he had just installed. I can't recommend this service enough!

I am the property manager and maintenance man at Florence Super 8 I called this company to give me an estimate on some plumbing problems I was having a guy came out looked around for a few minutes and said he would be back when the owner of the company. He never came I called and called and was given the runaround by him and the secretaries so I gave up hope on this company because I found a better plumbing company to help me out. So I hope your experiences is better than the one I had because when I needed them the most they were not there for me good luck people if you do call them I hope they do come out and do your work for you but if not like I said before I found a good plumbing company at Richardson Plumbing

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

I seriously cannot believe this company is sent out to do work. Warranty company sends them out, technician is never on time, never responds to messages or calls, needs to order parts for job but won't tell you what they need. Working on a lawsuit against this company and warranty company at the moment because this is laughable and a total scam

I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.
