Ran into an issue during a DIY shower replacement. Had to call 6:30 pm on a Saturday, Ben arrived within 20 minutes. Immediately gave us a quote for the repair and had everything done within an hour. Ben was very professional and polite, even showed us a few things for future reference! Great experience. Will be using again.

Just had Nieman Plumbing replace a sump pump and back up unit. Joe did a great job again today. I have used Nieman Plumbing for all my plumbing needs for years and they never let me down. They do great work and always clean up after themselves. Very professional company that I highly recommend.

The Plumb-Tree Company is the only company I will ever call or recommend ever again. My toilet was backing up and I called the rooter and others they would fix it and less than a week later problems back . Money going right out the window. The service guys these people sent out was either high or looked like they just got out of prison .I called Billy he was professional,clean and great at problem solving. I had a huge tree in my neighbors yard roots was the problem. He fixed my drain and replaced the damage from the roots and gave me a great price and service that was exceptional. I even checked others to check prices they were triple the price .

Our bathtub drain pipe, which was embedded in concrete above our dining room, burst. We were told that we would need to jackhammer our bathroom floor out to get to it. Then Eric arrived, and knew how to get to the pipe from below. It took him two days, when we feared it may take several weeks. Had them fix a kitchen faucet and also replace a bathroom faucet. Did it all in 1 hour so charge was reasonable and fair. Andrew was the tech and did a good job of explaining and friendly. Overall, very good experience

Unbelievable service

I had a major emergency ‼️ at by childcare business . Jason showed earlier than scheduled and stayed until it was figured out . He went over and beyond to clean up after himself and sanitize . I work with children so cleanliness is sanitation is a must! The issue was on the city side . He did report. Called the city . Stayed and explained the problem. I was impressed and would call and request only him if I ever have another issue . Every business needs a Jason. He was efficient, dedicated , and respectful. Thank you Jason for everything
