Today, Tino Williams from Jolly Plumbing came to perform the annual inspection. He is very professional, courteous, and was very considerate of our home. He called 30 minutes out so we knew when to expect him. He tested the water quality and checked all the plumbing in the house. We use Jolly Plumbing because of their great technicians like Tino.

Worked with this company (Kyle) to connect gas equipment and install a new hand sink in a commercial space, they quoted cheaper than large plumbing competitors like roto, pulling the same permit and performing the work. Once the actual work was done it was even less than original quote.

I had a major emergency ‼️ at by childcare business . Jason showed earlier than scheduled and stayed until it was figured out . He went over and beyond to clean up after himself and sanitize . I work with children so cleanliness is sanitation is a must! The issue was on the city side . He did report. Called the city . Stayed and explained the problem. I was impressed and would call and request only him if I ever have another issue . Every business needs a Jason. He was efficient, dedicated , and respectful. Thank you Jason for everything

Matt #2719 was the technician who handled our emergency call when both sinks in the men's restroom started to leak heavily. He explained the process of the repair in detail but so anyone would understand what needed to be done. He worked quietly, completely and cleaned up when he was done. He showed me the worn parts and pointed out the areas that had failed. The old parts were installed in 1997 and as with anything and everything, age will take its toll. We are very pleased with the new installations. All this work was done at the Jerriel Baptist Church. Thank you, Matt and the Roto Rooter Family for getting to us quickly and taking care 100%.

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.

Nathan was amazing ! He came out same day , gave us a quote , helped us break down pricing and financing and got to work the next day ! We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. He worked extremely hard and we’re thankful for him!
