Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. Rust Goins was the plumber that was sent to my house. He did an Excellent job finding out what the issues were with my sewer line. He knows what he is doing; he had lots of knowledge regarding sewer problems. He even gave me the most cost effective option to fixing my sewer! If you have any issue I would trust Rust 10000%!

They were able to fix my issue the same day I called them. The plumber was very knowledgeable about plumbing, was able to give me some education on my houses pipes and the best way to take care of them. I decided on Five Star Cincinnati Plumbing as my go-to plumbing company after meeting with a few plumbers and doing extensive research. They were always upfront about pricing, so I knew that they weren't trying to take advantage of me or my situation. We replaced our water softener, and now my family is much happier! Not only did we save money in the long run by switching to them, but their customer service was exemplary..

Installed a new twin bowl laundry sink replacing an old heavy concrete sink. The old sink was cumbersome and pretty hard to excavate. Initially, a smaller single bowl sink was installed due to the unavailability of a twin bowl sink. A new supply line to the sink and a new faucet with both, hot and cold water lines were also installed. The sink works well and the service through Collier's Plumbing was very affordable.

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

A family member used this company, also known as Romy's Plumbing and they conduct dirty business! They not only did an amatuer job, they charged too much to do the job and ended up in court with no satisfaction! STAY AWAY!

I would give them a -10 if I could- DO NOT USE- TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL - They were actually recommended to me.
I'll be speaking with David Becker on this. They were contracted to camera a line and provide a flash drive. After the first tech Ryan refused to answer any calls, they sent a second tech Scott - seemed really nice and helpful - camer'ed the line.. They were paid by Credit card for good faith- chased them for over a week for the video ( after Tracie hung up on my supervisor, no returned phone calls, text messages and emails for 2 weeks)...we finally got the video ( with It was let then 30 seconds long and a video of the tech ( he took it off his cell phone!! ).. They refuse to refund the money or respond to any correspondences... I'll be contacting the BBB and reversing / disputing the charges.

We called RotoRooter to clear our drain - they were pretty expensive but we were willing to pay extra since they came on the weekend. However they didn’t finish the job on Saturday promised to come on Sunday but didn’t come and finally completed the work on Monday. If I knew they would take that long - I could have found a cheaper alternative for weekday. It took them literally 10 mins to fix the problem - but they made us wait 3 days and charged us a ton of money.

We had a major pipe burst in our bathroom which flooded our bathroom. G&R Plumbing came out at the time they said, and fixed it in 30 mins. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
