Best Water Treatment System in Chicago IL

STAY AWAY, NO ETHICS COMPANY. zero stars if I could. My kitchen faucet broke. Absolutely nothing had to be done with pipes, I just needed the faucet replaced. I bought a brand new faucet from Home Depot for $250 and I just needed it installed. Roto Rooter showed up, quoted me $525 to just install a faucet. He was also 3 hours late past the window so I completely missed work that day. I would have called another company had I known I would have had to miss a day of work and would be quoted an outrageous amount for something that any other plumbing company does for $150 or less. By the time the plumber finally decided to show up it was too late in the day to schedule another plumber and I was not going to miss another day at the firm as we were preparing for a big trial and I needed to be there. I talked the plumber down to $425, which is still a complete ripoff. Roto-Rooter is an absolute rip off, DO NOT call them. You guys are a terrible company.

Honest, Professional, Trustworthy and most importantly Good Quality Work!

We have been using Chicagoland Quality Plumbing services for approximately four years and found him through our Angie's List membership. We own 3 rental properties and Edwin has repaired leaks, installed dishwashers and water lines(for both kitchen sinks and washer units), replaced toilet wax rings and unclogged drains over the past four years for us. The service that we indicated as not listed is definitely worth mentioning as it turned out to be a big job. We called Edwin because we noticed a leak coming from our basement ceiling. Upon his inspection he not only told us that he suspected the main drain line in our 3 story building was leaking. He provided us with a plan for the best way to pinpoint where the drain was leaking behind the 3 apartment walls and once it was located how he would make the repair. Long story short, with Edwin's experience, where he ended up opening the kitchen wall turned out was within 3 feet of the eroded main drain line. Edwin and Roberto removed a section of 100 year old drain pipe and then replaced it. What Edwin charged us for this two day, two man job was reasonable. His work is top notch and we always find that his prices are very reasonable that's why we always call Edwin and we hope that he is not planning on retiring any time soon :)

Pablo communicated very well on getting a catch basin serviced. He is very knowledgeable, professional & transparent on things which was helpful In helping figure out the root problem.

I woke up to a leaky exterior spigot and was really lucky that Joe was available to address my issue quickly and professionally. Joe is very pleasant and communicative with the steps and costs of getting the work done. He did a great job at resolving the issue honestly and professionally. I’m already planning on contacting him to help me resolve another plumbing issue I have in my house. He knows the area and older Chicago homes really well!
