He not only unclogged our drain, but let us know how to keep it working well in the future (which I'm sure our downstairs neighbors will appreciate since the ancient drain trap filled their light fixture with tub water!). I especially appreciated Roto-Rooter coming out in zero degree temps to deal with our tub (less than 3 hours from initial call to fix) when the city is dealing with frozen pipes, etc.
