Jesus came out a few months ago to find out what was wrong with our sewer line. We had back ups and there was a large tree root which blocked the sewer line. We had catastrophic flooding in our basement. He dug up the basement and fixed the problem. No more odor, no more flooding. We now have his crew fixing our sink. I would recommend his wholeheartedly.

Called First Chicago Plumbing to replace my whole-house water filters. They were able to come out right-away and the technicians were quick and thorough. Their service was reasonably priced as well.

Edwin was quick, kind, and knowledgeable. Super fast, super responsive after a lot of flooding in the area, and our shower works!

Plumber Matt was very good and professional. Price was reasonable except for the extra 160.00 for 5 minutes past the first hour. Labor at 160 an hour is reasonable but 160 for 5 minutes is hard to swallow.

We were quoted approximately $2000 for 4 hours of work to replace an old concrete utility sink—including removal—which is obscene. The average hourly rate for a plumber according to google is $45 - $150 an hour. We decided to do it ourselves and the materials cost about $120. Add to that $600–let’s be generous and go with $150/hour—and that comes to $720. So, why are they charging more than twice that? I’m happy to pay good money for good work but it’s hard for me to see how they’re not taking advantage of people

Not only were they able to come out same day and fix all my small projects around the house, the technician was quick to point out easy workarounds for many of my issues that not just resolved the issues, but saved me money. Recently I had another issue that I called them about, instead of sending out a tech and billing me- they reached out to their team with my issues and called me back to give me some instructions to try on my own to see if I could resolve it myself. Lo and behold, their tips were right and they saved me time/money/frustration once again. Honest, fast, great value- can't recommend them enough.

Sam's Plumbing And Rodding came out and took care of my plumbing issue the same day. Prior to his arrival he told me what to do to stop the water from running and he arrived shortly after. Very professional and helpful. Will definitely use them again.

Called them on October 14th with an emergency.
My sewer line was clogged.
Jeremy came out a few hours later and rodded out the main.
Took a couple of tries but got it cleared.
Jeremy cleaned the area and left.
Will definitely use them again in the future.

A couple months ago my husband was out of town for work and during a rain storm I noticed my gutter drain was clogged up really bad causing water to buildup in our gangway next to our home. Called my husband, he told me to call Apex. Chaz the owner's son came out and got the clog cleared right away. He was really easy to deal with and really good with our crazy dog Wilma. I would definitely use this company again in the future if I needed anything plumbing related.

We've used Mike for several different issues, both for our unit and for our condo building, and Mike has always been quick, professional, and reasonable priced. Most recently, we had a gas leak in our unit so we had to have all of our lines repaired. We got three quotes from plumbers: Mike's quote was the cheapest and he was the only who could fix the problem right away, which he did. Win-win-win.

Working with the Dmitry's (both the owner and the plumber who came today) was great. Super knowledgable and Dmitry (the owner) told me he was a state inspector for plumbing. Doesn't hurt to have the person fixing your systems to be someone who checks others' work!

We had a multitude of problems - a body spray shower head that wasn't working, a disconnected tub stopper, a floor drain in the laundry room that was stopped up, and the big project - adding in a backup battery-powered sump pump system.

Everything was repaired and is all in working order. Dmitry (the plumber who came today) was very kind and explained how the new sump pump system worked. Everything was clean and professional along the way.

As a bonus - we had a Grohe faucet that we inherited that had a bunch of scratch marks on it. Dmitry (the owner) connected us with a local Grohe rep and got us replacement parts free-of-charge!

Daniel replaced a bath tub drain assembly for me. It was in a really, really tough spot in my crawlspace. I cannot thank him enough.

David inspected and hydro-jetted, and really explained whats going on, illuminating some problems i didn't even know about.
