I called Kuhn Plumbing because I needed help with the leak coming from the ceiling. 2 plumbers arrived and inspected the water damage. They were very kind to wear shoe protectors before going inside our house. They figured the leak was coming from the hot water pipe supplying our hallway bathroom. The plumbers took their time and got their materials from their car. They did a good job. I only wish they finished the job at a short time (plumbers would go in and out of the house to get materials or supplies together). I was charged $701 for the pipe repair.

My bathtub faucet was dripping and needed a cartridge replaced. Logan came out, assessed the problem, gave me a reasonable estimate, and then completed the job.

The final job came in at estimate and the repair completely fixed the problem. I'm very happy with the service provided as well as the communication. I intend to use Rescue Plumbing for any future plumbing projects.

Jeremy was quickly able to find the cause of our problem, and within three days, our sewer line was repaired and we couldn’t be happier. Quick and professional work, and I would recommend them to anybody.

WARNING!! TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS DO NOT USE APEX Plumbing and Sewer Services!!!! They improperly installed a sump pump in my finished basement in May 2022. They DO NOT back there services! I have tried to reach the owners on 3 occasions to explain that the pump failed after 10 months and got no call back. A more reputable company came in and explained to me that their was work was sloppy and not properly installed. Specifically. they did not replace a broken check valve and did not properly fasten and seal the sump pump cover. Plus the fact that their Made in China pump failed and refused to contact me and explain themselves after I sought a partial refund. I paid $2500 for this work which took less than a hour for them to complete. Also a ridiculous amount given a pump casts approx. $500. THEY ARE RIP-OFFS! I am reporting them to BBB and I warn anybody to use a more reputable company. Notice how they only respond to positive reviews. A clear sign that they sre not a reputable company.. Joe was great - super responsive, straight shooter and reassuring. I called him in the midst of an emergency and he talked me through it. We were able to make an appointment for the next day and he fixed the problem.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional. Did not honor warranty. We are out $10,000 will have to sue as owner did not honor warranty. He actually tried to charge us more to correct his botched job!
