Pete and Noah were called in for an emergency water backup situation. They showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. They walked me through what was going on and what they were doing because they needed to use a sewer camera. Let me tell you, I have fond respect for someone like Pete who’s been doing this for a while, had the professional courtesy to educate his clients and inform them every step of the way. Listing out all the options and being totally candid about all that is being done. Would recommend them to anyone having any sort of water/plumbing situation.

I have used Apex Plumbing & Sewer for over 15 years at all of my rental properties and my own residence. They are extremely dependable and reliable. Kuhn Plumbing has been our plumber for years. They are very responsive, getting someone out in a couple of hours (for a non-emergent issue). They gave dispatch updates and Mike arrived at the stated time with mask in place. Since reading our file history of a potentially complicated water heater, they sent one of their more experienced plumbers who fixed it without any difficulty. He also checked with the manufacturer to be sure there wasn't another nuance. Then Mike explained the problem and how to fix it in the future. Professional and friendly throughout. Outstanding service.

I needed to replace my kitchen undermount sink and faucet on a granite countertop. I called Rescue Plumbing and Pete and Noah were able to come over the next day.
After an evaluation they told me everything I needed to know and what my options were and quoted a price for the job.
I decided to get it done right away and so they did. I am very pleased with the outcome and Pete and Noah were very nice.
I would totally recommend them and I’ll definitely call them in the future if needed.

I can not say enough good things about Drain Works. We've had a slew of plumbing issues ever since we moved into our new home. Eric and Manny have always responded so quickly, and have fixed our issues, with out most recent issue being the most serious. Our sump pump failed, leaving our basement to flood a bit. I was really taken back when they not only replaced our sump pump but took the time to remove all of the water and clean up our basement. It's that type of thoughtfulness and quality of service that makes them great. Eric then went through and explained what he think happened and what was done during the repair so that I understood what was done to my home. I also find their prices to to be very fair. Even if you need something simple like a drain cleaning (which they've done for us too because we're in pluming hell), call them.

Joe was extremely helpful and communicative. He did everything to help me get my faucet up and running and even followed up to make sure it was good. I’d recommend to anyone needing a plumber in the area.

Shoddy workmanship and customer service, you get what you pay for. They will mess something up inevitably and good luck getting them to fix it. They have many company names and several complaints with the BBB. I just wish I would have known that before I used them. BIG MISTAKE!

I called Cathy about 2 weeks ago to get a rate for someone to come out to take a look at my toilet. She told me they charged $169 for the 1st 30 mins and $169/hr thereafter. However, when I got my bill, I was charged for a truck service fee and a fee for using a rod. She took off the truck fee when I complained but she said that I only asked for rates and not what it would cost when I originally asked for a guy to come out. This strikes me as not being honest about the intent of getting a price. With such an attitude towards service, I cannot recommend them any less.
