We had Edwin twice. He repaired a leak in our kitchen sink. Second visit he repaired and replaced needed parts in our 90+ year old bath/shower. I was worried about that, but no problem! Finally he cleared the bath drain. Excellent work! Very professional and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend Chicago Quality Plumbing!! We will use him again.

I have used Apex for many years. They are very professional, knowledgeable, trust worthy and neat. No clean up when they are finished. I totally recommend Apex on all merits.

These people are the epitome of shady plumbers. A repair had to be conducted in a hurry and someone less knowledgeable had to supervise it and they saw $ signs and took advantage of the situation. Charged $850 to replace a shower cartridge and a toilet mechanism - $50 of parts and 30 minutes of work for them. Refused to provide a detailed invoice (that I needed for reimbursement). Actually did not use the right shower cartridge the first time, but hid it and charged the money anyway. Only when I called them out on it, since the shower did not work right, they came back to fix the shower for real. Avoid, unless you want to be ripped off by a couple of shady characters.

Dennis came out to our house on 2 hours notice to snake some grease from our main sewer line. I found him to be extremely efficient, friendly, and professional. He also shared a lot of his knowledge related to practice measures to take in the future to avoid a repeat emergency. I was extremely please with the service overall and would gladly call him again, although hopefully not under emergent conditions next time!

I have to call for emergency crew first thing on Monday morning. To my surprise guys did show up decently fast. Few hours later, the work was done. Adam showed good knowledge and professionalism, leaving clean room after his work. Highly recommend.

I would never recommend Ed’s Plumbing and Sewer, Inc. they gauged an 84 year old woman $788 dollars to repair a garage spigot. See the attached invoice. The water heater was leaking too and they told her to watch it after a hot shower. Had someone else replace the heater $900. That plumber said spigot should have been$175 max . We got Ed’s Plumbing & Sewer, Inc. from the church bulletin. Calling the church next

If possible, please avoid this company like the plague. They have no sense of professionalism or courtesy. We have dealt with them on multiple occasions before and actually had to hire a different group of plumbers to assess the situation. We have them the information of where we were told the leak was by a group that can actually do their jobs. They completely disregarded our comments and continued to do whatever work they deemed “correct”. We are only using them because the home owners association is forcing us to even though they have not been able to solve this problem for the past year and a half. They also just destroyed our entire shower wall because they are still unable to find the problem. 0/10

I paid $95 to John to diagnosis my sewer gas smell in my house which can be hazardous. He did not provide a diagnosis for what my issue was, mainly gave me a bunch of “maybe it’s this” or “maybe it’s this” or your house is just old and your going to have to replace the whole main pipe through the house resolve the issue. This was all in a span of 15 min and I gave $95 for this service call, so basically was left with more questions than answers. I even started to question my career choice, and thought about going into plumbing business and tell 9 out of 10 people what he said and make a quick $95 in 15 min. On the contrary, with Kennedy Plumbing located in Alsip, they were able to come in and find out what was going on and why I was getting the smell. They found out it was the P trap in the ground and gave a few options and how I can contain the smell until I’m ready to do the repair. Again, I highly recommend Kennedy plumbing!
