We've used Apex unfortunately a few times now. The first few were for basement flooding that led to drain repair on the city's side of things. They were incredibly responsive and informed. They handled all of the contracts and permits and city delegations. And now it was for a burst pipe. They were here 30 minutes after we called. The plumber John was fast, personable, and thorough. He assesed the problem in no time, and was here for less than an hour. Not to mention the receptionist was very calming and patient while I panicked and fumbled over my words.
