I’m a repeat Vanguard customer and will continue to use Jan for any repairs or installations as long as I live in Chicago. I ordered a new oven from a major home retail chain and the people they sent were incompetent and were unable to install the oven. After not having an oven for two weeks and a 9 month old baby I needed to get this installed ASAP. I called Jan and he came over the same day. He installed the oven with no issue and ensured it was working correctly. He also had a contact who came over shortly after to remove the old oven. Jan is a true professional, very knowledgeable, hard worker, and is always reliable. I’m truly grateful to have him work on our house in the past and be able to provide quick repairs / installations such as our oven.

My water heater was leaking so I called this business on a Saturday afternoon and they said someone would be out later that day. No one showed up, no one called, never heard from them.

The service representative arrived on time, were very friendly, performed the job quickly and efficiently and left my bathroom clean. Also, I was amazed that I was given a 30 day warranty on their work.

The plumbers were prompt, professional and fixed our plumbing issue in no time. They even returned a few days later to fulfill a minor cosmetic request of ours at no charge. Really appreciate the plumber's quick attention to our problem. Great work!

Excellent service. Greg is super nice and explained exactly what is causing the problem. Came yesterday and the rodder just wasn’t cutting it he was back this morning at 7:30am to jet our line.

Called them at 9:54am. The receptionist told me a technician will be out between 10am-12pm. The tech arrived at 10:30am, gave an estimate for a wax ring, replaced and wrapped up 11:30 and out by 12pm. Excellent service

I had issues with some plumbing during the holidays and gladly W&W is a 24/7 service. I called early in the morning and they saw me the same day and fixed my issue. The best part of it is that they walked through everything to ensure I knew what was happening. I’ll definitely be calling back in the future if more problems arise.
