I called Roto Rooter after water started coming up through our basement at the drain tiles. They were responsive, here within 5 hours on a Sunday, and Ali was extremely helpful and professional in helping me identify the problem.

First Chicago Plumbing replaced the faucets in two bathrooms and the kitchen and also replaced the diverter in the bathtub. Eugene and the gentleman with him (I don't recall his name) were very professional and very nice. Eugene took the time to explain everything to me and answered any questions I had, even after the job was completed. Eugene even checked on our hot water heater and gave us an estimate to replace it when the time comes (which will likely be in the next few months!) He will definitely be the person I call!! I was disparately in need of someone to fix my pipe that had frozen and busted. I called several companies and wasn't able to get anyone out on Christmas Eve! However, Mr. Henry responded to my phone call and sent someone out to get the job done! The job was completed in a reasonable time and the price was truly a blessing! These guys are a lifesaver. Was finishing up a small renovation when the gas provider shut off the gas. These guys at Sam's Plumbing And Rodding came out super quick, scoped out the work, gave me a proposal overnight and got to work within a week. Permits were pulled, gas compoany had a half dozen guys checking out there work and they all said they love seeing Sam's Plumbing And Rodding work. Apex was referred to me by a friend and after calling them about my sink and garbage disposal back-up. They sent Branden and Adan out to fix the problem. They were both friendly, professional and knew what they were doing. They fixed the problem and cleaned up after. Prices are fair. Highly recommend them and would use them again.

Had a really good experience with All Star Plumbing. Mike was the guy who worked the job Had to get deep into the wall behind the sink but managed to do the job without breaking any tile. Quick and quality work.

We had a last minute need to move our gas line for a wall oven. Our electrician had arrived the day before and connected the oven, but told us to call his guy to move the gas line, which prevented the oven from being installed. With only a few hours before our home inspection, Henry went above and beyond all expectations moving the gas line, rerouting the electric, and cutting a channel when we realised that our oven wouldn’t fit into the wall cut out due to the cord.
