Sam & Rick came to fix a broken pipe in my kitchen, super fast, very informative when they were finished and work was perfect. Called late Wednesday and they came Thursday morning, quick response and very professional.

Great experience despite it being for such a upsetting issue. Sewage drain backed up late evening and they were very helpful every step of the way. Tim called when he was close by and was very informative over the phone before he arrived and when he was here. Laid out all options and fees and his quality of work was great. Prices were fair. My toilet was clogged and I googled a plumber, Eric’s website was one of the first to come up. I called for an estimate, which was reasonable and less than another company I got an estimate from. Eric was able to get to me the same day, actually within 30 minutes. During the initial call, he let me know what could have been the issue which was correct. I had some other plumbing issues that I inquired about and he gave detailed information on. He seemed very knowledgeable and straight forward. I will be referring Eric and using him for future needs.

I've hired Walter many times over the past two years and have been happy with the service and value he's provided! He has completed a re-piping job in the past and recently completed a project that was causing water damage from my second floor washroom down to a first floor bedroom. My under sink hot water dispenser quit working. After receiving an outrageously high quote from another plumbing company (Bishop Plumbing rates are beyond ridiculous - about 4X) , I was lucky enough to find Apex. The owner answered the phone and dispatched someone for the next day. The next day was a huge snow storm, but they followed up first thing in the morning and actually showed up while most of the city was shut down. John, the technician did a great job, was very personable and the fee was very reasonable. This is the way it should work!

I've used them before to rod my sewer line, and they did a fine job but they didn't show up or call this last time when I had a catch basin overflow and sewage in my yard. I wasted a whole day waiting only to have to call another company. I won't call Able plumbing unless I absolutely have to.
