I have had Jorge come out a couple times and he is wonderful. Always super quick, knowledgable and has given me excellent garbage disposal tips! The company in general always gets someone out there quickly and I will definitely use them for any future needs!

We called @10AM with basement odor and possible clog issues. Around 2PM - the time promised - Burris & Sons was here and completed the entire call in 30 minutes. As he worked, Mr. Burris explained what he was doing AND what we could do ourselves to stay rid of the smell and keep things flowing. One company quoted $900 to 'fix'.

He also blessed us on maintaining the boiler (possibly extending life another FIVE YEARS!!! What's the dollar value on that? $10K?!). Mr. Burris told us these things because he knows and he wants us to know. THAT is beautiful. The respect and consideration shown the customer, all of the knowledge and gems on ways to maintain our old home are worth way more than the $150 fee we paid. Burris & Sons is a high-quality business, indeed.

This is my first time using Captain Rotor. Jesse were very professional in assessing what needed to be done regarding installing a new pump. The guys were very professional the entire time. Oscar and the other guys were very expeditiously to get the work done as this was a very tedious job. I will be using this company again for my plumbing needs. I have used Great Lakes Plumbing several times. Always do great work, clean up after themselves and respond quickly. Highly recommended.

I booked several services 3 weeks in advance. I gave detail about what needed to be done and all of it was simple stuff(changing batteries etc). I told them I had high ceilings (estimated at 15 feet actually 13). At 7pm on the the night before 9am scheduled visit I got a txt saying we have reviewed and (despite nothing changing since I booked) they would be sending a second fixer at an additional $139//hr. When I texted back they said that since it was 15 ft they had now decided a second person needed to hold the ladder at a cost of $139/hr. I wasn't asked if it was ok. I wasn't asked if the ceiling were really 15 ft( I measured. They aren't) Needless to say I cancelled this service.

Before ChoreRelief, I always struggled to have my property stuff in order. Now, I'm happy that all my work is done on time and most importantly, my tenants are happy !
