Best Plumber Water Heater in Chicago IL

Rick and Eric came out to have a look at a leaking pipe. Were able to promptly figure out the issue, cut some new pipe and install it with no issues. Super nice fellas. Special shoutout to Eric for getting into my crawlspace with me. Would definitely use these guys again.

Called Rescue Plumbing for an emergency repair of a shower that was leaking badly into lower unit. Pete contacted me within 5 minutes of my call and was at my 3 Flat within another 10 minutes. Pete was able to diagnosis the problem and repair within a short period of time. Highly recommend Rescue Plumbing and more specially Pete.

Patricio, employee ID 2029, was fast, professional, and very polite. As a matter of fact, they originally stated they couldn’t get someone out until noon and then they called back at about 10 am and stated they had someone who could come out immediately. This was important to us since we have 2 small children and couldn’t use the bathtub. I only took off one star because of the price. That part I believe was outrageous; however, the professionalism and quickness of the company to get out to our house was fabulous.

I was hesitant at first because of the distance between my home in the Western suburbs and where they're located in the city, however, they made it work! I had a sewer line backup last night where dirty water was coming up my basement toilet and running over the brim. The water came up over the brim half hour after I had given up plunging for the previous hour the water that didn't go down, hence my clue as to why the main sewer line was backed up.

I reached out to someone there. The dispatcher gave me a call back immediately. He scheduled a time and told me to expect a call from Mike. Mike gave me a call shortly after and told me he'd be here by the top of the hour. He and his partner, Peter, was 15 minutes early. I appreciated that.

I wanted to learn about what he was doing, as I like learning new things. He didn't mind me standing there and asking questions and did so with a great attitude and a smile. In about an hour or so, he was able to not only rod out space for water to flow to the sewer, but he was able to run a tool down the line to clear the four or five root balls out of the line. He ran a camera to confirm what was down there before removing them and he ran a camera after.

The bill was right, but I've also always understood the perspective of quality and value over quantity, as previous plumbers just rodded the pipe, which is simply a band-aid to cover a bigger issue, whereas Rocket Plumbing provided the quality and value. Along with what I paid, there is a two year warranty to warrant their work in case I need them to come out to resolve the same matter.

This is a nice company offering the best plumbing solutions in the city. It is the place to be for all your plumbing needs and concerns. I highly recommend their services to everyone.

I recently called Plumbers 911 because I was having trouble with my sump pump. They responded very quickly and were very professional. I then contacted them again because my garbage disposal broke. Once again they responded quickly. I highly recommend Plumbers 911!

Overall, great experience! Chas was prompt, professional, and gave us a fair quote. When a problem arose with the sink cabinet drawer not fitting, Chas adjusted the plumbing to make it work. Highly recommend!

Ray is a great manager and Bobby is a professional plumber who knows everything about pipes, sewer, jetting, etc'. We have a problematic plumbing system in our building and they are working on the issues in the best way. We are recommending this company very much!

Pete and his son Noah took out the largest hair clog I’ve ever seen and were in and out in 30 minutes. A bit on the expensive side compared to other plumbing companies I reached out to but better to pay once and have it done right then to pay twice.

Hiring a plumber is nerve-wracking. Would I get a fair price? Would the work be done right or would it just be a quick fix? It's hard to find good people to work with! But wow, John and his team are honest, professional, thorough, and do incredible work. Matt quoted me the exact price I paid. My water heater was in the basement and was not an emergency replacement - by any stretch, but was leaking. I called him, just before the Holidays, and he worked his schedule as best he could considering the Holidays and running as an independent contractor. I would call Matt again in a heat beat!
